Norway Tour: Oslo, Bergen, fjords
Trip to Norway: Oslo, Bergen, and the Norway in a Nutshell tour thru the fjords.
Highlights: Opera house, Vigeland sculpture park, the train from Oslo to Bergen, and a cool performance on the water in Bergen - at midnight.
Norway in a Nutshell is a train-bus-boat-train-train tour you can do from Bergen or Oslo and is a great way to see the fjords.
Shot mainly on the Sony RX100 m4. Some shots use the Beholder MS1 gyro stabilizer.

Oslo, Noruega 2017 | Trip to Oslo, Norway
A little trip to Oslo, the capital and the most populous city in Norway.
OSLO FREE WALKING TOUR | Oslo City Hall | Things to do in Oslo, Norway
Looking for things to do in Oslo, Norway? There's no better way to get an introduction to a city that to do a free walking tour (or view vlogs about free walking tours)!
Today, I decided to do the Oslo Free Walking Tour in the morning.
You can do the Free Walking Tour Oslo in either English or Spanish. The English tours happen twice a day - 10am and 1pm daily.
It starts at Oslo Central Station. We made our way to the Oslo Promenade and Oslo Opera House before hitting up the old town. Oslo has three city halls, and we visited them all. The tour ended at the Oslo Parliament Building, next to the Grand Hotel.
Although an indoor visit to the Radhuset is not part of the Free Walking Tour in Oslo, you simply have to go inside. It's free, and fabulous!
Radhuset feels like walking into an art gallery. There are so many great murals that show you the daily lives of Norwegians throughout history. You'll also see some great interior design. Don't forget to check out the jewel of the city hall, the Munch Room.

TOP 10 MUST-SEE PLACES IN NORWAY - A Photographer's Guide
This is a travel guide to Norway showing the top 10 places you must see if you’re visiting. These tips are from the perspective of a photographer, but the places are perfectly fine to visit if you’re a regular traveller as well.
I’ve been fortunate enough to travel around in Norway almost contently for the past few years as a time-lapse photographer. That has given me extensive knowledge of what Norway has to offer, also outside the most touristic places. This list includes some true hidden gems you might not have heard of before.
Norway is a fantastic country, and this list could’ve been much, much longer. But these are my favorites, and I’m sure you’ll love them too.
The full list:
1. Senja
1. Varangerhalvøya
1. Femundsmarka
4. Loenvatnet
5. Valdres
6. Hardanger
7. Helgeland
8. Lofoten
9. Nærøyfjorden
10. Jettegrytene i Nissedal

Oslo: Spectacular Capital Of Awesome Norway, Beautiful Cruise Tours Of Oslo
Oslo: Spectacular Capital Of Awesome Norway, Beautiful Cruise Tours Of Oslo
Spectacularly situated at the head of a 60-mile-long fjord, Oslo is Norway's biggest city yet it's easy to navigate with its compact historic core and great public transportation. Karl Johans Gate, the city's people-friendly main drag stretches from the train station to Royal Palace. Nearby, the harborfront hums with international shipping and a thriving cruise industry.
You stop by most of the major Sights in Oslo City.
and gives you small teasers of each Attractions
The Oslo - Norway Opera House
If you arrived in Oslo City with a Cruise ship this is
most likely the first attraction you pass by.
Oslo Central Station Square at the bottom of
the Oslo's Main Street Karl Johans Gate.
Here is another Oslo - Norway Video of the Bazar Halls
right in the middle of Karl Johans Gate:
Further up in Oslo's Karl Johans Gate you pass
by where Norway's Parliament right in the center of
Oslo City at the top of Karl Johans Gate. From here
you get nice view of the Royal Palace.
Oslo's City hall is next stop on the bus Tour
where the whole building (Oslo City Hall that is)
essentially is an art work.
All with artists mainly from Oslo Norway.
Passing the Norwegian Royal Palace the trip goes to
the Vigeland Park which lies in Frogner, one of
Oslo's more expensive areas to live.
The Vigeland Park came to be when the City of Oslo
Norway commissioned the Sculpture Artist Gustav Vigeland to
to build the park. And In so doing Oslo got the
largest Sculpture arrangement dedicated to one artist in
the world. if you want to see more check out our Oslo
After the Vigelan Park the we go on to visit Bygdøy -
which is the Part of Oslo City where you find a lot
of interesting museums. and the first up is Norsk Folkemuseum.
Then just five minutes walk further down the
road you find the Viking Ship Museum.
For a more in depth look at the Vikings here is
our Oslo Norway Video of the Viking Ship Museum:
Then comes the Fram, the Maritime & the Kon-Tiki
Museums of Oslo. We haven't yet got video's
from all 3, but here is the Kon-Tiki video amongst
our Oslo Norway
And then on your way back to the city center of
Oslo, you pass by Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen,
which we haven't yet released any videos of yet but
no Oslo City Tour would be complete without it so
it is coming in the near future.
Hope you have enjoyed as much as I have
Have a nice day.

48 HOURS IN OSLO, NORWAY
Imagine waking up to incredibly aromatic coffee, strolling through incredible architecture, sunset high above the icy city, ducking into underground restaurants, and jumping in an ice bath in a Fjord. You can do all of that and more in Oslo...in just 48 hours.
Oslo, Norway is one of the most interesting cities I've visited. They have a busting local scene in town, so much history, and also just 20 minutes from the forest and fjord where many locals spend winter weekends reconnecting with themselves.
Oslo is a special place that I really hope to return to soon. Our trip was planned by Up Norway. If you're thinking about a visit I highly recommend using their services to plan your own visit. They give you a true insiders look at the city and hook you up with experiences you'd never be able to find on your own, all through an app where you can select your preferences. Oslo to Bergen, Norway by Train through the mountains and Boat through the fjords
We’re going to take you on one of the most spectacular train rides in all of Europe: starting in Oslo, we’re heading cross-country through fascinating mountain terrain, passing lakes and rivers and waterfalls, and then by boat through a vast fjord, finally we will be arriving later in the day at the ancient capital of Norway the town of Bergen. This special trip is called Norway in a Nutshell. Showing you a big cross-section of the country in just one day.
Please subscribe:
The scenery keeps getting more spectacular as we climb through the central regions of Norway, getting a little bit like Switzerland with tall mountains in the distance and glaciers, with lakes where the water is clear blue color.
We change trains mid-way at Myrdal and board the Flam railway which is one of the most scenic rides in Europe. It travels about four miles from the mountain tops down through seven lush valleys to the waters below in the Sognefjord, Norway’s largest fjord. There we catch a boat to Bergen through the Sognefjord. There's lots of great scenery during the boat ride, with the mountains towering high above on both sides of this chasm.
