So i decided to spend my Christmas on the top of the mountain. I was expecting just an amazing hike but little did i know, I hiked with great people along the way. I met an 82 year old woman who hiked with the son of her boss. She said, I think i can still do it, i can still hike the mountain. I need to walk faster because it's a lot harder when i walk slowly. During the first day, we walked for 30 minutes to the second cliff to watch the sun setting.

The footage is from a hike up the mountain Phu Kradueng in Phu Kradueng National Park near Loei in the north of Thailand. We made the trip in the winter (it's only open from October to May). We had local #sherpas carrying most of our bags, and could enjoy the hike and stunning views on the way up to this table top mountain in full. We stayed over night in kind of a huge camping dorm room (all by ourselves, as it turned out), before taking the trip back down the next morning.
The video is captured with a Panasonic NV-MX8 video camera, and edited in Pinnacle Studio.
