Duong Dong town is located on the west coast of Phu Quoc island. Duong Dong is the main town and also the largest town of the island where the majority of hotels, resorts, restaurants, banks, pharmacies... as well as a large market can be found.
Tran Hung Dao street is the main tourist street of Phu Quoc island where most of hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars are located.

Đảo Phú Quốc cùng với các đảo khác tạo thành huyện đảo Phú Quốc trực thuộc tỉnh Kiên Giang. Toàn bộ huyện đảo có tổng diện tích 589,23 km² (theo thống kê số liệu đất năm 2005), xấp xỉ diện tích đảo quốc Singapore thập niên 1960 khi chưa san lấp lấn biển.[1] Thị trấn Dương Đông, tọa lạc ở phía tây, là huyện lỵ của huyện đảo. Phú Quốc nằm cách thành phố Rạch Giá 120 km và cách thành phố Hà Tiên 45 km. In this vlog we explore a Vietnam paradise, Phu Quoc Island. This island is a true hidden gem and is sure to explode into a mainstream tourist attraction very soon. Luckily it is still in the developing phase and still relatively unheard of. The island blew us away with its beauty and wealth of activities to keep travelers entertained.
So far we are really enjoying our time in Vietnam. We travelled to Phu Quoc during the TET holiday and although the island was a lot quiter than normal, there were still a number of tourists on the island. The weather was fantastic to!
Phu Quoc is Vietnam's largest island and can be found a short plane ride from the Ho Chi Minh City, which provides a fantastic getaway for those living in the bustling metropolis.

Neben dem karibischen Wasser und dem traumhaften Sand konnten wir dort außerdem die Zeit in der Wasserschaukel genießen. Außerdem war das Essen und Trinken ebenfalls super günstig!
Zusammen mit unseren neuen Reisebuddys Wenzen, Raja und Iris haben wir nahezu den ganzen Tag dort verbracht, Früchte gesnackt und in der Sonne gebrutzelt ????

Phu Quoc night market: Interesting place with amazing food, especially seafood.
This night market is an open air market and it's a nice place to wander around where tourists can shop for souvenirs, eat fresh BBQ seafood as well as another Vietnamese street food.

Ong Lang beach is located on the west coast of Phu Quoc, approximately 8 km from Duong Dong town - the main town of the island. This beach is also known as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Ong Lang beach is also an ideal place to enjoy beautiful sunset on the beach.
