Greenville (/ˈɡriːnvɪl/; locally /ˈɡriːnvəl/) is the seat of Greenville County in upstate South Carolina, United States. The city's mayor is Knox White, who has served as the mayor of Greenville since December 1995. With a population of 61,397 as of 2013, it is the sixth largest municipality in the state. While having a small city population, its urban population was 400,492 as of 2010, making it the third largest urban area in South Carolina as well as the fastest growing. Greenville is the largest city in the Greenville-Anderson-Mauldin Metropolitan Statistical Area. The MSA had a population of 850,965 in 2013, making it the largest in South Carolina.
Greenville is the largest city in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson Combined Statistical Area. According to GSA Business Market Facts, the CSA had a population of 1,438,550 as of 2013, putting it in the position of largest in the state. The CSA, a 10-county region of northwestern South Carolina, is known as The Upstate. Greenville is located approximately halfway between Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina along Interstate 85, and its metropolitan area also includes Interstates 185 and 385.

Anderson is a city in and the county seat of Anderson County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 26,686 at the 2010 census, and the city was the center of an urbanized area of 75,702. It is one of the principal cities in the Greenville-Mauldin-Anderson Metropolitan Statistical Area, contiguous with Anderson County, which had a population of 187,126 at the 2010 census. It is further included in the larger Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Combined Statistical Area, with a total population of 1,266,995, at the 2010 census. Anderson is just off Interstate 85 and is 120 miles (190 km) from Atlanta and 140 miles (230 km) from Charlotte.
Anderson is the smallest of the three primary cities that makes up the Upstate region and is nicknamed The Electric City and The Friendliest City in South Carolina. Anderson's spirit and quality of life have earned national recognition as Anderson County was named an All-America City in 2000.

The Del Webb Carolina Arbors is the destination location for active lifestyle adults age 55 and better. The location could not be more phenomenal. It is located by the center of Research Triangle Park and one mile by Briar Creek. Additionally, the world-class medical facilities of Duke, UNC, and WakeMed are located close by to Carolina Arbors.
Carolina Arbors boasts 185 acres. It is ideal for an active lifestyle, which takes the form of 22 miles of sidewalks, trails, parks, forests, dog parks, and community gardens. It's pretty much everything you would want.
As you know, Del Webb is known for their premier amenities, and Carolina Arbors is certainly no exception. Piedmont Hall is a 37,000 square foot, two story recreation center. It includes an indoor pool with a lifestyle director who can help you navigate through the various clubs, including a pottery club and all different types of activities.
At Del Webb Carolina Arbors, your day is as full and fulfilling as you want it to be. You can use the state-of-the-art facility for exercise or something a little more low key. It's really up to you. Also, outside of Piedmont Center, there is an outdoor social pool. In addition to that, there is a croquet lawn, pickleball court, and much more outdoor fun!
As far as the homes go, there are 12 different floor plans and 11 different model homes that you can check out right now at the model home park. The great thing about these models is the variety in square footage - everything from 1,100 to 3,800 square feet. They are all single story, so there are no stairs involved. However, they are all optional with a loft. Also optional is the over-the-garage attic storage space. Additionally there are all the added new home options that you have come to know and love from Del Webb including: raised dishwashers and lowered microwaves, laundry near owner's bedroom, gourmet kitchens, hardwood floors, granite countertop, and open floor plans for a nice, open area for entertaining. Everybody can see each other and converse and talk back and forth.
Something that is really cool about Carolina Arbors is one of the models has a master suite with a mini suite, so if you're spouse snores, you are finally going to get a good night's sleep.

Columbia is the capital and second largest city of the U.S. state of South Carolina, with a population estimate of 134,309 as of 2016. The city serves as the county seat of Richland County, and a portion of the city extends into neighboring Lexington County. It is the center of the Columbia metropolitan statistical area, which had a population of 767,598 as of the 2010 United States Census, growing to 817,488 by July 1, 2016, according to 2015 U.S. Census estimates. The name Columbia is a poetic term used for the United States, originating from the name of Christopher Columbus.
The city is located approximately 13 miles (21 km) northwest of the geographic center of South Carolina, and is the primary city of the Midlands region of the state. It lies at the confluence of the Saluda River and the Broad River, which merge at Columbia to form the Congaree River. Columbia is home to the University of South Carolina, the state's flagship university and the largest in the state, and is also the site of Fort Jackson, the largest United States Army installation for Basic Combat Training. Columbia is also located 20 miles west of the site of McEntire Joint National Guard Base, which is operated by the U.S. Air Force and is used as a training base for the 169th Fighter Wing of The South Carolina Air National Guard. Columbia is also the location of the South Carolina State House, which is the center of government for the state. In 1860, the city was the location of the South Carolina Secession Convention, which marked the departure of the first state from the Union in the events leading up to the Civil War.

The East Coast Greenway is a 3000 mi biking and walking route linking the major cities of the Atlantic coast of the United States, from Calais, Maine, to Key West, Florida. The spine route and branching complementary routes are for non-motorized human transportation for everything from local commutes to long-distance trips. The nonprofit East Coast Greenway Alliance was created in 1991. The entire route has been selected. As of July 2017, 900 mi, or 32 percent of the route, is off-road on traffic-protected greenways. The vision is for the entire trail to be off-road....
