This is a wonderfully bright and spacious studio, finished to an exceptional standard and furnished with a combination of modern and antique furniture.
The apartment is located in the very heart of the centre of Seville - and yet, is incredibly quiet and peaceful.
At the far end is a raised sleeping area with a double bed flanked to one side by a dressing room and a w.c. on the other.
There is also a separate shower room. And on the opposite side of the space is the kitchen.
A row of southwest facing windows flood the space with light.
Cool marble floors and white walls add to the sense of brightness and calm.
There are plenty of spots for relaxing - whether indoors or out.
The sitting area gives on to a split level terrace. Circular stairs lead up to the roof- terrace – private & comfortably furnished.
For most of the year and throughout the day or evening, the roof-terrace is the place to be - with marvellous open views towards the Cathedral.

Seville, Spain, walk in the center
The center of Seville in Spain is one of the typically great European urban neighborhoods with a mix of residential and shopping, pedestrian lanes, neighborhood plazas, just a real people-friendly place. We are going to take you through it with several walks, pointing out some of the major plazas and the lovely pedestrian lanes. Starting out at Plaza Nueva, the most popular place in town.
This central area with the plaza and the streets leading to it is really the heart and the focal point of the city. Notice the broad street that is for pedestrians, bicycles, no cars allowed, and the tram.

Seville, City Walk in the Center and Old Town - Spain 4K Travel Channel
Seville is the capital of Andalusia. With 700,000 inhabitants, it is the fourth largest city in Spain. We have chosen a simple but good hotel in the Calle de la Alhóndiga in the old city. From here we can easily reach almost every point of the city by foot. The Calle de la Alhóndiga leads through the Calle Corral del Rey and Calle Argote de Molina straight into the center to the Cathedral of Santa María de la Sede of Seville. In the labyrinth of the old town there are so many things to discover, be it a good restaurant, beautiful patios or the Bordados Foronda, a shop for traditional Andalusian clothes and accessories. Bordados Foronda is also a factory where the articles are produced. The friendly lady in the shop allows us some shots. We first visit the Cathedral, which, due to its size and importance, we have devoted an own contribution, just like the Royal Palace Alcazar.
The cathedral is built on the foundations of a mosque of which only the impressive 97 meter high Giralda Tower remained. It was once the minaret. Between Cathedral and Alcazar, we pass the Archivo de Indias, the third UNESCO World Cultural Heritage in Seville. It is the most important collection on Spain's colonial period. The Archivo de Indias is housed in the building of the former stock exchange. In front of the walls of Alcazar, we listen to to Carlos del Rio for a while, whom we owe this beautiful flamenco music.
Through one of the last remaining city gates, the Oil Postigo del Aceite, we go towards Rio Guadalquivir. To our left are the old shipyards, which were connected to the port. They are among the oldest monuments of Seville. To the right you see the post office.
On the riverbanks we pass the Torre del Oro, which we will show in a separate article. We reach the Avenida de la Constitution. Magnificent buildings impress the visitors. Shortly before the city hall we see some flamenco dancers.
On Placa Nueva we make a break while we watch a little boy who simulates to ride on an one of the electric rental bikes.
We enter the old town of Seville, marvel at the architecture and pass by the Iglesia del Salvador. In addition to designer shops we find grocery stores where you can buy everything, as well as exclusive restaurants and traditional bars. Passing the Metropol Parasol we reach our hotel.

The Plaza Nueva was formerly one of the most important parts of the city where various tournaments, games and bullfights were held. Around the square are several important buildings such as the Royal Chancellery and the House of Pisa, and nearby is the lively Calle Elvira, from where you can reach the Albaycin.
From Plaza Nueva in Granada, you can walk up to the Alhambra or sit in one of the terraces and have a drink after visiting Granada's monuments. The Plaza Nueva has been and remains a genuine representation of Granadian life.
During your stay in Granada, you will pass by this square more than once, when you go or come from somewhere, as it is located in the centre of the city.

Week 9 in Sevilla: Plaza de América, Alameda, & Plaza Nueva
This week I explored more around Sevilla on the bike and came across many different types of beautiful flowers. I went to various cafes to study in Alameda de Hércules and I also gave some updates on my upcoming trip to Morocco. The dates are wrong since my trip was cancelled and then re-planned due to the weather. Now I will be in Morocco March 29th-March 31st. Only 3 short days, but I am happy to be going. More on that in the next video.

Places to see in ( Andalusia - Spain ) Plaza Nueva
The New Square (Plaza Nueva) is located in the district of Arenal of the city of Seville , Andalusia , Spain . In it it finds the main entrance of the City council of Seville . First it was known as New Square. The Revolution of 1868 led to change its name to that of Plaza de la Libertad. With the proclamation of the I Republic in 1873 happened to be known like place of the Republic. That same year was changed to the one of place of the Federal Republic. In 1875 it was changed to the one of square of San Fernando. In 1931, with the Second Republic , it was called Plaza de la República and in 1936 it was renamed Plaza de San Fernando. However, neighbors have always called it New Square because it was created much later than most of the downtown squares.
The avenue of the Constitution and the New square were part of the channel of the river until the Visigothic period . For this reason, when the Hotel Inglaterra was constructed, west of the square, and other adjoining buildings, there were planks and nails of Roman ships, anchors and other remains of sunken ships, as well as remnants of the foundations of piers, which there were port facilities. The Visigoths dried this land, which was urbanized during the Almoravid stage .
In 1268, Fernando III donated this land to the Franciscan Order , which built there your Casa Grande . In this convent there were more than three hundred Franciscans and some participated in the evangelization of America. The convent was destroyed in 1811, during the French occupation and, although partially reconstructed soon after was subjected to the seizure of Mendizábal and was demolished in 1840.
In the 1830s the Plaza de la Encarnación was completed, also in the center of the city. That place had already been projected in 1810, when the Jesuit convent that was in that plot was demolished. The name of the Incarnation was given to him by Félix González de León , who said that it could also be called plaza mayor by its size.
A group of Sevillian intellectuals, including the architect Ángel de Ayala , asked the town hall in 1849 to convert the site of the Casa Grande de San Francisco into a new plaza for the city, with a monument in the center, as an example of the centralization of urban space. This project was sent to the Academy of Fine Arts of Santa Isabel de Hungary .
( Andalusia - Spain ) is well know as a tourist destination because of the variety of places you can enjoy while you are visiting Andalusia . Through a series of videos we will try to show you recommended places to visit in Andalusia - Spain
