Point Defiance Park Raccoon (Rocket) Begging for Food | Tacoma Washington
I had pulled off the side of the road when I spotted this cute little raccoon running across the road and up to my car passenger window side. He was standing up on his hind legs and begging for food in the cutest little way. It was hard to resist his furry little face. His tenacity reminded me of Rocket the Raccoon. He's so adorable. He was staring at me and when I didn't feed him any of my snacks, he walked on down the road to wait for someone else. It is very illegal to do so in this park. There are signs everywhere. But clearly, as you can tell by his behavior that he gets fed a lot. The Point Defiance Park 5 mile loop drive is very popular with the tourists and the locals. It very beautiful here. But, please, please stop feeding the trash pandas and other wildlife animals in this Park. It's not good for them and only harms them. This is one of the reasons I posted this video. Not just for the cuteness, but also to bring awareness and a reminder about not feeding the wildlife here. If you get caught feeding them it is a really stiff fine of $532 dollars. If someone gets a photo of you and your license plate number they can turn you in to the rangers. So, it's just best to observe the little cuties.
I filmed this video with a GoPro Hero 7 black hyper smooth camera at the Point Defiance Park in Tacoma, Washington. This is the Pacific Northwest of the United States of America.
I hope you liked watching this raccoon video!
