Atop The Polar Caves Rumney, New Hampshire
Polar Caves is a set of glacially-formed caves located in New Hampshire's White Mountains region, in the United States. The caves were formed from granite boulders and are so named because the deepest cave is cold enough to allow snow to linger long into the summer.

One of the best things about our trips is the ability to see amazing new places. The Polar Caves Park in Rumney, NH is just such a place. Great for the whole family and stunningly beautiful.

Here is a walk through of the Ice Cave at Polar Caves in Rumney, NH. Just outside of Plymouth New Hampshire. The video makes the cave look dark, but they are all well lit. A great place to see ice in the middle of summer!

The historic Carver's Cave meets the infamous Polar Vortex as the cave displays the phenomenon known as steaming, when the 47 F springwater encounters the -27 F air temp on January 30, 2019. A day when Minnesota was said to be as cold as Antarctica!
