THUMBS UP AND SUBSCRIBE IF YOU ENJOYED !
If you are in love with the city of Prague as usually many tourists are, you should visit the City of Prague Museum. It tells a story of the city of Prague from the period of prehistory and its first inhabitants.
This museum is located in a beautiful building built in 1989. The City of Prague Museum hosts both permanent and temporary exhibitions.
One of the attractions of the City of Prague Museum is certainly Langweil’s model. Langweil’s model is a realistic model of the city of Prague from the 19th, built only out of cardboard and small wooden elements. Antonin Langweil was a library attendant who, in his free time, started building a realistic model of Prague, its buildings and streets, in the scale 1:480. Recently, a 3D video of the model was made, which lasts for about 6 minutes and can be watched in the museum. This video puts you on the streets of Prague and with a soundtrack it tries to depict the atmosphere of the city from that period. Nevertheless, this 3D projection is a projection made from the cardboard model, therefore do not expect great graphics and a realistic representation of the city.
Lets be friends :)

Prague Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
Prague – a city fit for a storybook. Let us show you the best and most beautiful places in the city – adventure is waiting for you here!
When ready, browse vacation packages to Prague:
#Prague is a city in the Czech Republic where sleek, modern buildings share space with ancient gothic architecture. Wander down the twisting cobblestone streets – you’re sure to find something new and exciting. After all, even locals get lost here.
A Prague #vacation usually involves the Royal Route, a historic coronation path that will take you through Old Town. Walk a few blocks to Old Town Square and sample local street fare in the shadow of old castles and palaces. Cross over the Charles Bridge and climb up to Prague Castle, a network of palaces, churches, and numerous museums.
Your Prague #sightseeing must pause at St. Vitus Cathedral, a massive gothic structure dating back 600 years. You’ll see people gathered under the statue of St. Wenceslas to share their daily adventures. The people here are friendly, so why not join them and chime in with your own stories?
For now, we hope you enjoy watching this #travel #guide as much as we enjoyed making it.

Autumn Adventures and Thanksgiving - Prague, Czech Republic
A couple of visual adventures during October and November in Prague, Czech Republic. It's always special to see the autumn/fall city scenes as the leaves change color, I hope you enjoy these beautiful scenes as much as I did. Most of this was filmed in Vysehrad, Vinohrady, and Zivkov. Ended off with a slightly early Thanksgiving celebration with friends.

PRAGUE, WALKING AROUND CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, 2019
PRAGUE, WALKING AROUND CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, 2019, Prague is the capital and largest city in the Czech Republic, the 14th largest city in the European Union and the historical capital of Bohemia. Situated on the Vltava river, Prague is home to about 1.3 million people, while its metropolitan area is estimated to have a population of 2.6 million. The city has a temperate oceanic climate, with relatively warm summers and chilly winters.
Prague is a political, cultural and economic centre of central Europe complete with a rich history. Founded during the Romanesque and flourishing by the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque eras, Prague was the capital of the Kingdom of Bohemia and the main residence of several Holy Roman Emperors, most notably of Charles IV. It was an important city to the Habsburg Monarchy and its Austro-Hungarian Empire. The city played major roles in the Bohemian and Protestant Reformation, the Thirty Years' War and in 20th-century history as the capital of Czechoslovakia between the World Wars and the post-war Communist era.
Prague is home to a number of well-known cultural attractions, many of which survived the violence and destruction of 20th-century Europe. Main attractions include Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square with the Prague astronomical clock, the Jewish Quarter, Petřín hill and Vyšehrad. Since 1992, the extensive historic centre of Prague has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
The city has more than ten major museums, along with numerous theatres, galleries, cinemas and other historical exhibits. An extensive modern public transportation system connects the city. It is home to a wide range of public and private schools, including Charles University in Prague, the oldest university in Central Europe.,

Prague - City Video Guide
The Central European city of Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic and is one of the world's great architectural jewels.
Like a city from a children's story book the city conjures up images of romantic fairy stories and dark gothic folk tales.
The city is a cobblestone labyrinth where even locals get happily lost. An easy way to discover Prague is to follow the Royal Route, which starts at the Powder Tower and ends at Prague Castle.
Along the way, stop at Old Town Square, a plaza surrounded by former palaces. Highlights here include the Astronomical Clock and Tyn Church. Explore the Old Town to discover sidewalk cafes, galleries and the ancient Jewish Quarter.
Pass beneath the Bridge Tower, cross the beautiful Charles Bridge, then climb the hill to Prague Castle. Rising above the castle are the 600 year-old gothic spires of St Vitus Cathedral.
Nearby, visit the tiny houses of Golden Lane, once the homes of castle guards, and later, the city's goldsmiths.
At night, locals and travelers meet under the statue of St Wencesias, to begin even more adventures in this most magical of cities.

It's 299 steps for a total length of 62 meters.
It's a 62 meter tall tower, which is something! Placed on top of a 300 meter tall hill.
2) Along the fortified walls of Petrin Vyhlídková terasa. Beautiful nature and brilliant view of Prague's Old town, the side where the National theater and Dancing house are.

CHRISTMAS MARKET IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, 2019
CHRISTMAS MARKET IN PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, 2019, Old Town Square or colloquially Staromák is an historic square in the Old Town quarter of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. It is located between Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge., The square features buildings belonging to various architectural styles, including the Gothic Church of Our Lady before Týn, which has been the main church of this part of the city since the 14th century. Its characteristic towers are 80 m high. The Baroque St. Nicholas Church is another church located in the square.
Prague Orloj is a medieval astronomical clock mounted on the Old Town Hall. The clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest one still in operation. The tower of the Old Town Hall is open to the public and offers panoramic views of the Old Town.
An art museum of the Czech National Gallery is located in the Kinský Palace.,The square's center is home to a statue of religious reformer Jan Hus, who was burned at the stake for his beliefs in Constance. This led to the Hussite Wars. The statue known as the Jan Hus Memorial was erected on 6 July 1915 to mark the 500th anniversary of his death.
In front of the Old Town Hall, there is also a memorial to martyrs beheaded on that spot during the Old Town Square execution by Habsburgs, after the Battle of White Mountain. Twenty-seven crosses mark the pavement in their honour. The crosses were installed during the repairs of the Old Town Hall after the WW2, while a nearby plaque which lists the names of all 27 victims dates from 1911.
On 3 November 1918, a Marian Column that had been erected in the square shortly after the Thirty Years' War was demolished in celebration of independence from the Habsburg empire. , At Christmas and Easter, markets are held on the square; they resemble medieval markets. A tall decorated tree and a musical stage are set up.
The Christmas Markets in Old Town Square are the largest Christmas markets in the Czech Republic and are visited by hundreds of thousands of visitors from the Czech Republic and abroad, primarily Germans, Russians, Italians and Britons. In 2016, CNN ranked Prague’s Christmas Markets among the 10 best ones worldwide
