Terezín, Czech Republic: Concentration Camp Memorial
Learn more about Terezín: Terezín, an hour north of Prague, was built by the Habsburgs in the 1780s as a fortified town with (still intact) massive state-of-the-art, star-shaped walls designed to keep out the Prussians. In 1941, the Nazis removed the town's 7,000 inhabitants and brought in 60,000 Jews, creating a concentration camp — a propaganda model Jewish town. Life in this sham town appeared tolerable to human rights visitors but the reality was far more cruel — virtually all of Terezín's Jews ultimately ended up dying either here or at extermination camps farther east. 1950s VISIT TO CZECHOSLOVAKIA PRAGUE BOHEMIA PILSEN EASTERN EUROPE TRAVELOGUE FILM 64314
Presented by Czechoslovak State Films, this 1950s film is a “pictorial report by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the visit to Czechoslovakia of the Economic Commission for Europe delegation.” The film opens with a shot of Prague looking across the Vltava River at what appears to be the skyline of the Old Town Square area. The ECE delegation arrives at the airport aboard a Swiss Air Lines plane (00:54). The delegation walks with members past a “historical memorial” (01:40), including a castle south of Prague. Viewers see the giant rock formations Prachov Rocks (02:10); men take photographs of the “Bohemian Paradise” landscape. The delegation visits the hydroelectric dam at Slapy (02:44), then they tour the famous brewery in Pilsen (03:10). Delegates walk out of the brewery with bottles of beer in their hands; they look at an old large stone vat that was used to boil beer. Next, the delegates tour the Zetor tractor factory in Brno (03:55). They watch men work on the production line, assembling Z 35 tractors. Zetor Super tractors sit outside the factory (04:37), and a man gives a maneuverability test demonstration on one of the caterpillar models of the tractors, driving over rocks and other obstacles. Delegates ride a train through the Czech countryside (05:27), and the film shows winter barley fields. A new combine harvester harvests the grain (06:00). At an equipment station, delegates examine the combine harvesters. The film then takes viewers to an agricultural cooperative with its new residential buildings (06:40). A man moves manure. Viewers see livestock at the cooperative, including cattle and chickens. A woman feeds chickens. At Kladruby, delegates visit the National Horse Breeding farm and see where thoroughbred horses are raised. Horses run through the grounds (07:40). The ECE delegates are greeted with the ancient Slav custom of bread and salt at a collective farm (08:07). Delegates tour the grounds of the collective. The collective puts on a large feast outside on picnic tables for the delegates (09:02), and the film shows the leader of the Soviet delegation, the German Democratic Republic delegates, and the American delegate. Later, at a palace, men play folk music and Czech girls dance with the delegates (09:33). The film concludes with footage of everyone dancing in front of the castle.

Czequestria 2017 Prague - Opening Panel (Brony Convention in Czech Republic)
The opening / introductory panel of the 2017 Czequestria Brony Convention in Prague, Czech Republic. I went to Prague with a few friends and Bronies, mainly for the Czequestria Brony convention. There will be more coming up from the Convention, including most of the panels. Also our apartment was right next to the Con and we hung a big Starlight Glimmer Propaganda Banner from our balcony (I later donated it to the charity auction).
30th Anniversary of Communism Downfall in Czech Republic
Some 30 years ago the Czech and Slovak people reclaimed their freedom from communism in the Velvet revolution. It all began with student protesters demanding democracy. The peaceful revolution changed the course of European history.

Extreme Noise Terror - Bullshit Propaganda Lyrics:
Police protect the rich
Uphold their fucking law
Police uphold the system
As they smash you to the floor
Because our so called freedom
Is nothing but a farce
Restrictions, lies and laws
Are rammed right up our arse
Don't try to cover up
The suffering that you've caused
With bullshit propaganda
It's you who cause the wars
You can't deny your crimes
Although you fucking try
Your so called free speech
Is nothing but a lie
