Best Whale Watching Cape Cod - Dolphin Fleet Review & Pilgrim Monument
Friendly Review of Dolphin Fleet Whale Watch Provincetown and the Pilgrim Monument and Pilgrim Museum in Provincetown. We visited Cape Cod Massachusetts in July 2017 and wanted to go on a whale watch. The Dolphin Fleet is well priced and has a lot of departure times. We saw a lot of whales (9 in total) diving, spy hopping, lob tailing, spout breathing, and a lot of breaching (chin breaching, and whole whales jumping out of the water). The was the best whale watch tour that we could have asked for. (with the exception of seeing a bubble net, but I won't complain) I hope your experience is as good as ours was.

My Whale Watch Trip Video in Provincetown MA 2016
09/26/2016
Thanks to the Dolphin Fleet and In The Wild Productions for making this video available for purchase by those of us on the tour.
This was the single best watch I've ever been on! So much activity, and no sea sickness lol
Plus this video is proof that the sun does sometimes come out when you're on the cape.
Take a look at those shots back towards town. It just makes me want to live there even more so.
Who wouldn't want to live there?!

Hyannis Cape Cod Whale Watch Cruise ~ to Provincetown ~ Humpback Whales
Last week my Husband and I had a vacation down Cape Cod Massachusetts. The highlight of our vacation was the Whale Watch which was on September 21, 2016. #WhaleWatch
We went on the Boat Whale Watcher out of Millway Marina in Barnstable Ma.
The boat ride is awesome. The Naturalist kept us well informed of where the Whales were. He knew the names of many of the Whales and shared many facts about them. He had such great enthusiasm and a true love of the Whales.
After leaving Barnstable Harbor we headed out to Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary to see the Whales. It was absolutely wonderful.
Sadly the Naturalist told us that any of the Whales have scars from Boats and Fishing nets. It made me very sad to see them with scars,, but I also had tears of joy seeing the Gentle Giants. We saw so many Humpback Whales and several Calf's. I will forever cherish this special day.
Thank you to the Captains, Crew, Naturalist and Whales for the best day!! We are truly grateful for this wonderful experience.
Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises is located at 269 Millway Road, Barnstable, MA, just off the Old Kings Highway (Route 6A) on Cape Cod's quiet north side. Our dock is ideally situated in Barnstable Harbor with the barrier beach of Sandy Neck protecting the harbor from the Cape Cod Bay.

Whales of Cape Cod
Whales are a part of Cape Cod's history. In the past, many Cape towns flourished due to whaling. For example, thanks to its whaling industry, Provincetown was once one of the wealthiest towns in Massachusetts.
Today, the Center for Coastal Studies, the Dolphin Conservation and others on Cape Cod are working to protect Cape Cod's remaining whale population.
Welcome to Provincetown
Provincetown is a New England town located at the extreme tip of Cape Cod in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, in the United States. Often called P town the town is known for its beaches, harbor, artists and its status as a vacation destination for the LGBTQ community.

Whale Watching in Cape Cod
RV living has brought us to Plymouth for some Whale Watching around Cape Cod. We were planning to see the Mayflower replica and Plymouth Plantation, but the Mayflower was being restored and Plymouth Plantation isn't that different from Jamestown (which we had just seen). After exploring Plymouth and Plymouth Rock, we returned for a Whale Watching cruise around Cape Cod.
It was amazing! If you even get a chance to go whale watching in Plymouth, we highly recommend that you do. We saw dozens of Humpback whales on the 3 hour Captain John Boat cruise.
