My First Trip to Ireland: Travel Film
Don't miss our latest adventure! ►
This was my first time in Ireland. It happened to be my honeymoon, but we did not sit still. We were on a mission to explore this gorgeous, green country. Tag along with my wife and I from the international streets of Dublin to the breathtaking Dingle Peninsula and beyond. We stayed in a castle, road horses, hung out with falcons, visited the Guinness Storehouse, ate the best ice cream we’ve ever had, hiked along the legendary Cliffs of Moher, and enjoyed some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. If you have any questions about our trip or the making of this film, be sure to comment and let me know. Considering the length of this film, I highly recommend viewing on a TV or hands-free device if possible. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for traveling with us.

Kilkenny, Ireland. Perhaps our new favorite destination.
Kelly and I explore Kilkenny, Ireland. Our journey takes us through its ancient medieval streets, narrow alleyways, medieval cathedrals, towers and, an evening trek where we attempt to discover its many colorful and vibrant pubs. We even manage to tour Waterford Crystal, in nearby Waterford. So we quickly came to love this city and its people, and already know a return is inevitable. If Ireland is on your travel 'bucket list' (and it should be...), then Kilkenny should be included as part of your itinerary. It's an experience as much as it is a destiny.
Pipes, Cork and Welding - ASA VLOG 007
In this episode we are putting in some sink connections in the Galley, insulating the hatches and Irial is doing a job on the bow locker.
Chris in Dog Day Media helped us design a new logo (see intro!) Our boat is named 'An Gobadán'. This is the Irish word for the Sandpiper; hence the bird in the logo! We like it and we hope ye like it too.
Another step closer to starting our adventure!
Any comments and feedback are welcome.
Till next time,
Ciara & Irial

Squawk did not make the trip overseas. Customs officials would not let him in the country. They thought he would eat all the sheep. That's silly. He only likes to eat humans.

Canyoning in Connemara - Epic Ireland
Canyoning with Epic Ireland!
Also known as gorge walking.
Click here to watch our first day with Epic Ireland (caving):
Our second day with Epic Ireland finds us blogger/vlogger team in the beautiful Connemara region of Ireland to walk up a river gorge in the freezing water, climbing, scrambling, jumping, slipping, and sliding. Our guide Michéal (pronounced mee-haul) guided us out from Galway to the remote countryside to a stunning glacial cut valley. We put on wetsuits and helmets before we entered the very brisk water. Walking upstream, we encountered many rocky obstacles so we didn't travel far, but it seemed like it. We did cliff jumping from the waterfalls. A couple of our group had never done anything like it before so it was awesome to encourage them and watch them overcome their fears.
After canyoning, we went to Michéal's favorite beach in the country, Glassilluan Beach, to teach us a thing or two about hurling, a top sport in Ireland. I found out that I am quite bad at it.
If you are ever in Ireland, get to Galway and look into doing this for yourself.

Trespassing and Driving In the Wrong Lane | My Trip to Ireland
My most personal and chatty vlog yet! For this one, I drove cross-country in Ireland on the OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD, trespassed on natural parks, and was completely awed by Ireland's natural beauty. This is definitely a country to put on your list! It's crazy to think that all of this was just over the span of a 3 day trip.
Places featured: Malin Head, Ocean Heights, Cliffs of Moher, Giant's Causeway, Grianan of Aileach, and more

3 ways to experience food in Ireland
Looking for a food tour of Ireland? Kati and Blaze guide you through three ways to experience it: slow, quick, and adventurous—and always delicious! Start off with a quick sampling of different dishes at Belfast’s last surviving Victorian covered market, St George’s. An international foodie hub, it’s home to over 300 vendors, all focusing on local ingredients.
Next up: Slower, upscale dining at chef JP McMahon’s Aniar Restaurant. Recognized with a Michelin Star for the past five years, Aniar serves only farm-fresh ingredients and has become an institution in Galway.
Finally, check out a classic dish: black pudding. It’s a traditional farm food and a staple of an Irish breakfast. Kati tries some in Clonakilty, near Cork, and discovers it’s an amazing compliment to modern dishes.
