From Reality to Stage: The SS Ethie Shipwreck - Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
The Ethie is a dinner theater production, presented by Theatre Newfoundland and Labrador.
Join Ed English, as he shares insight into the local arts community, and where the inspiration for this play from. Discover the history behind the SS Ethie shipwreck, which plays a large part in Gros Morne's coastal past. To this day, a few pieces of the hull, the boilers and engines are visible from the shore.

Day 5 - Newfoundland 2016 - Northern Peninsula - The Quirpon Island Experience
Quirpon Island, located right on the extreme tip of Newfoundland’s Northern Peninsula, was the perfect place to get away from it all. Two days spent on Quirpon: hiking along the rugged coastline with dramatic cliffside views, watching orca and humpback whales playing in the bay, and being inspired by nature all around.

A tiny fishing village located on the extreme northern tip of Newfound Labrador. Quirpon has a rich history and was once a fishing vessel port of call. Today with a declining population following the Northern Cod Moratorium it struggles to stay alive.

Landing On The Most Epic Island Helipad | COLD ISLAND Chapter Six
In our final chapter of the series, we land on the most epic island helipad on Quirpon Island, Newfoundland. We end off the trip photographing some amazing landscapes and take it all in before the long helicopter trek back to Buffalo.
We took a MASSIVE cross country helicopter trip in August where we flew our helicopter, the Millennial Falcon, back to our Canadian home province Newfoundland and Labrador. We will be releasing episodes of Cold Island, A Helicopter Travel Series every Sunday and Wednesday until Nov 13th! This is our largest video project (and helicopter trip) to date. Hope you enjoy it!

Day 7 - Newfoundland 2016 - Northern Peninsula - Quirpon Island's Unique Send Off
Our last morning at Quirpon Island. We bid fond farewell to the pair of humpback whales feeding in the cove. On the zodiac ride back to the mainland, a school of dolphins escorted us back part way to the Quirpon dock.

L'Anse Amour Lighthouse - Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
L'Anse Amour (Point Amour) Lighthouse is the second tallest lighthouse in Canada, and a popular destination for tourists in Newfoundland and Labrador.
This historic site also serves as an interpretive centre, where visitors can experience 'live' history. The guides reenact roles based off of people who once lived in the area, in the early 20's.
