Commuter Trains in Denver, Colorado - Built two years ago! 2018
The trains look similar to some of the models running in Philadelphia (SEPTA) don't they?
RTD designated the line with the letter “A”, denoting service to the airport and Aurora. Groundbreaking for the A Line was held on August 26, 2010 As the second line of RTD’s FasTracks expansion plan, the East Corridor was constructed and operated under the Eagle P3 public-private partnership. The first electric multiple unit railcars were pulled along the route on April 3, 2015, commencing testing and commissioning of the line. Revenue service began on April 22, 2016. ~Wikipedia

Denver RTD - 16th Street MallRide Compilation
Denver RTD has run the Free 16th Street MallRide service since 1982. The first MallRide buses were diesel-powered and electric-powered MCR/Vetter low-floor buses, which were replaced by the CNG hybrid TransTeq EcoMark 45-foot low-floor buses. Originally, the replacements for the TransTeq buses were to be 36 45-foot Designline EcoSaver hybrid-electric buses, but the company went out of business, but not after delivering two of the units. Eventually, BYD Motors from China received the order for 36 replacement buses, all of which are in service now. These buses travel up and down the 16th Street Mall, which was built for transit and pedestrian shopping access only, stopping at every city block carrying shoppers, diners, commuters, and party-goers 21 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service runs from the Civic Center Station at 16th/Broadway to Union Station at 16th/Wewatta.

RTD LIGHT RAIL TRAIN RUNNING RED LIGHT AT COLORADO CONVENTION CENTER
RTD LIGHT RAIL TRAIN speeding, running red lights, driving the wrong direction on a one way street without rail road crossing gates or warning lights. The Light Rail Train has no license plates or proof of insurance. When an accident occurs, the corrupt media relations bureau of the Denver Police conducts a sham investigation of the accident (even though the Denver Police have no jurisdiction over light rail ) the smart aleck DPD media relations bureau commander Sonny Jackson stands before the TV cameras and says: let this be a lesson to you, don't try to beat the train RTD pays no medical bills or cost of burial for RTD Light Rail Train victims.

RTD 'TheRide' Light Rail passenger information display
Filmed with Samsung Galaxy S9 on July 1, 2019
This was filmed on an SD-100, but both car types have the same system. It's pretty good, but a little bit more warning before a station would be an improvement. The scrolling speed is slow enough to read. The red LEDs look a little dated.
