Woodpecker (Hairy or Downy?) Pecking + White-tailed Deer Sounds / Calls / Cries
I took this video on October 30th, 2014 at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary (along the Red Trail between Point M and Point N) in Lexington, Kentucky. Hearing the obvious sound of beak-on-wood, I looked up and spotted this little dude going to town. Then, at 1:00, 1:03, 1:11, 1:15 and 1:17, you can hear deer cries in the background. I had already seen and heard a few white-tailed deer a few minutes earlier, so I knew what it was. But the sound is pretty alarming when you aren't expecting it. I don't think I'd heard this particular cry from deer before. Any information you can tell me about the woodpecker or the deer cry would be greatly appreciated! Sorry that I couldn't zoom in more..all I had was a point-and-shoot (Nikon P310) not meant for this sort of thing.

Trump's defense team arguments in Trump impeachment trial (Day 6)
Trump's legal team will begin laying out its case in depth, turning to several high-profile attorneys to argue against impeachment.
The lawyers revealed the broad outlines of their defense in a rare but truncated Saturday session, where they accused House Democrats of using the impeachment case to try to undo the results of the last presidential election and drive Trump from office.
The legal team is expected to pick up on that theme and also dive into areas that received negligible attention during the Democrats' presentation, including the now-concluded investigation into ties between Russia and Trump's 2016 campaign.
