FOR SALE: Miss Teja (Missy) 16h, 6yro liver chestnut OTTB mare. Retired from track sound. No injuries, sound, sane, EXTREMELY intelligent, barefoot/great hooves, stand still for grooming, fly spraying, tacking, mounting, bathing(loves her face sprayed & drinking from the hose), farrier, vet, crossties, ties quiet to trailer, loads/unloads willingly, lunges with voice commands, knows her leads, very soft mouth, does not pull, ridden in D-ring snaffle, jumping crossrails, 2' verticals, logs, up/down steap hills, up/down a 2' landscape timber embankment with small ditch, crossed & tried to play in a above the knee deep 10' wide creek, & has been in sinking mud & did not panic. Her 1st trail ride was a hunter pace at Three Runs Plantation in Aiken, SC. She was quiet as a mouse & completely enjoyed herself. Has trailered off property to trail ride with strange horses & does extremely well. No mare attitude even inseason. Does not sqeal & strike out when smelling noses with other horses. Gets along with out confrontation with both genders in the pasture. No attitude at feeding time. Not herd bound. Even poops in one spot of her paddock & not on her hay! Loves beet pulp & will eat it plain. VERY EASY KEEPER! 1/2 scoop beet pulp 2xs a day & hay, that's it. Missy is a total love bug & wants to be the center of your attention. She loves a job & pleasing you. In the video I'm giving a lesson to my 14yro student. Missy will make a great eventing prospect. Her lineage includes Mr. Prospector.
