Red Canyon Utah
Red Canyon in Southern Utah is on the way to Bryce Canyon and 9 miles west of it. There is no entry fee to visit Red Canyon. Red-colored rock formation and Ponderosa pines trees make the Red canyon exceptionally scenic. The rocks in Red Canyon ere composed of red orange sandstone and are eroded into fare tail shapes. It is a lot like Bryce Canyon but in smaller scale. If you are on your way to Bryce Canyon national park take some time to stop by Red Canyon. One to two hours will be enough to take a nice walk in Red canyon and to enjoy it. There are short trails that will take you inside that Red Canyon; it is not overcrowded with visitors.

Exploring Utah: What To See And Do In Cedar City, Utah | weBoost
Passing through Cedar City, Utah? What is there to do in Cedar City? In this video, Cedar local, Ethan, shares his favorite things about Cedar City and the surrounding area.
• Cedar City KOA
If you’re driving an RV through Utah, the Cedar City KOA is an excellent place to drop by for a few nights. The campground is shaded by some nice trees and the staff is warm and welcoming. The bathroom facilities were much better than expected, and there are plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants just minutes away from the KOA.
• The All American Diner
The All American Diner in Cedar City, Utah is a locally owned diner, and has been in business for about 10 years. It is a great place to fuel up before a day of adventure, with great bacon, eggs, french toast and more.
• Cedar Breaks National Monument
The scenic drive to Cedar Breaks National Monument is about a 30 minute drive and is worth taking the time to do. Cedar Canyon has beautiful, steep cliffs accented with evergreens, and you’re rewarded with sneak peeks of red cliffs all the way to the National Monument. Once you arrive at the National Monument, you’re surrounded by a panorama of beautiful red cliffs and chutes. It’s a memorable experience that everyone should have.
“Up in Cedar Canyon, and in the mountains in general, there are endless things to do, endless trails to explore, endless places to camp,” Ethan said. “You could be up here for a lifetime and still have things to do.”
