This resident at Harrison Apartments at 1800 Jonathan Way Reston VA 20190 drinks too much. She is drunk every evening and once drunk, she gets aggressive and attacks other residents. She attacked my wife and her friend on the roof last night at 09 June 2019 and here she is again
