Full tour of the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library & Museum in Yorba Linda, Ca
Hi, everybody! I am Emji Boettcher and this is the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library and Museum, right here in beautiful Yorba Linda, California. I have gone to every single Presidential Library in operation in the country and have recorded every single display in each one and will be posting a new video every week.
There are 13 existing, operating Presidential Libraries in the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and this is your opportunity to see what each one contains. Michael Smerconish is a radio host and a couple of years ago he had the director from each Presidential Library on the show and he interviewed them by phone on air every Friday. This inspired me to go to each one and make these videos so that everybody who CAN’T physically go to them all can get a chance to see what is in each one.
The full tour for the Nixon Library is over 90 minutes long, so the entire tour has been broken up into clips based upon what is shown in the Museum and is compiled into a YouTube playlist. You will get to see all of the displays, all of the artifacts. I have tried to include everything and if you want to read the displays, I've tried to include most of the verbiage that is posted. You will have to pause the video in order to read the display placards.
This clip features introduction to the Library and the entrance with it’s beautiful terrazzo floor.
Please like and subscribe, there are a LOT of fun videos coming including one long road trip!
