RIVERSIDE STATE PARK ... SPOKANE, WA
Bowl and Pitcher Rapids Bridge - Spokane River, WA - 03/19/10
Coming down from the overlook and crossing from east to west. Kinda crummy quality, I know. I'm blaming the shakiness on the two hour hike from SFCC to get there.

Fantastic Spokane Riverfront Park - Spokane, Washington
Fantastic Spokane Riverfront Park - Spokane, Washington.
Home of the 1974 World's Fair, Spokane River Front Park in Spokane, WA has been a premier destination for our Montana family for almost four decades. It is always a treat to spend time in the park that includes summertime and wintertime activities. The park includes an IMAX theater, Gondola rides over Spokane Falls, Ice Palace, carnival rides, giant red wagon in the children's play area, tour train and the historic 1909 Looff Carousel. Slow down your life as you spend a leisurely afternoon feeding the birds, soaking in the fragrance of the flowers and enjoying life with family and friends. This sequence was shot with a Canon HFS-100 and edited in Adobe Premier CS5.

The Cove - Spokane, Washington
We took a trip out to the west side of the states for a couple weeks and visited some really cool places in the Spokane area of Washington.
The three places that you will see in this video are Nine Mile Falls, Boulder Beach, and The Cove. All of these places are great locations to visit if you are ever near Spokane, WA.
Boulder Beach is a local area where people go to swim and use the rope swing, but the water is very cold.
Nine Mile Falls is great for hiking, sight seeing, and if you are up for the challenge, swimming is allowed here but like Boulder Beach the water is also cold.
The Cove has a variety of cliffs to jump off of ranging from five to sixty feet high. Also, unlike Boulder Beach and Nine Mile Falls, The Cove has very warm water.

SUN LAKES - DRY FALLS STATE PARK - WASHINGTON STATE
Sun Lakes-Dry Falls State Park is a 4,027-acre camping park with 73,640 feet of freshwater shoreline at the foot of Dry Falls. Dry Falls is one of the great geological wonders of North America. Carved by Ice Age floods that long ago disappeared, the former waterfall is now a stark cliff, 400 feet high and 3.5 miles wide. In its heyday, the waterfall was four times the size of Niagara Falls. Today it overlooks a desert oasis filled with lakes and abundant wildlife.
