Hawthorne Food and Drink has new Spring 2017 menu featuring: - Amuse Bouche of turmeric flatbread with smoked Ocean Wise trout - Cheese Board with all Ontario Cheeses - Lebanese Fried Chicken - Enright Cattle beef burger on tallow brioche bun - Beef tartare on beef fat herb aioli - Carrot Ginataan - a deconstructed version of the popular Filipino dessert - Carbonara with hand cut pasta and house smoked chicken - Asparagus + Lemon Panna Cotta
Spring Cocktails are also introduced like the Raspberry Mojito and Barb's Light & Stormy ___ Hawthorne Food and Drink (Executive Chef Ricky Casipe) serves ‘Farm-to-Fork City Food’ using local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients all from within 100-km of the restaurant. Menus change often and take inspiration from the farms of Ontario and the neighbourhoods of Toronto.
