Rocky Mountain Heisenberg (Pt. 30) - Bristol Brewing Company, Colorado Springs, CO
July 5, 2018 - Thanks to the strong suggestion of a friend of mine at work, I made sure to go for a bit of a little brewery tour while here in Colorado Springs. I know the beer culture in Colorado is pretty solid - Denver was good proof in that - but the second largest city in Colorado had a lot to offer, as well!
We only had time for one brewery, and I think we picked a good one. Bristol Brewing Company has been around since 1994, and since 2013, has been brewing out of this former elementary school. It's a pretty unique (and fun) set-up for a brewery, complete with delicious beers, three bars/eating establishments, and plenty of other fun along the way. I was sure to spend some time creating some Quatchi-themed art in the blackboard area.
Also thank you to my friend for allowing me to use the utmost flattering picture of her for inspiring (and urging me) to come to this wonderful place. For your troubles, have a six-pack of Beehive Honey Wheat (your favourite), soon to be transported 1,844 km back home for you. I hope my luggage weight doesn't go over.

RedHead Ale Rocky Mountain Brewery Colorado Springs Colorado
The Brew Bro's Beer Review's Sean and Richard with special guests PaPa Bob from Colorado, Trader D and QC Rob look, smell, taste and rate the RedHead Red Ale from Rocky Mountain Brewery from Colorado Springs Colorado. This Awesome Ale was a pleasure to look at and taste. A Great Beer but be careful, at a 7.25 ABV it could really sneak up on you.
Redhead
Watch out for our Redhead. This tempestuous lady has a sassy attitude with up-front bitterness and a delicious citrus and herbal hop flavor. With a smooth malty finish and a hint of spice, she will leave you begging for more. Mountain IPA Hops, hops and more hops! This lady has a BIG up-front bitterness, lots of citrusy grapefruit flavors, and a complex citrus and spicy aroma. Hopped with Challenger, flavored with Columbus and Simcoe, then finished with Columbus, Simcoe, Willamette and Crystal. At 7.25%abv, this sassy lady brings lots of flavor and lots of attitude.
The Brew Bro's Beer Review featuring Sean and Richard Brenner. Giving their best tastes, smells and their Buzz Meter on how many beers to go from Zero to buzzed reviews. Hang with the gang as they try out top notch beers from local micro brewery's.

Buffalo, said to be the direct descendents of Buffalo Bills herd, graze in Genesee Park along side the I-70 near Lookout Mountain.
You can visit the grave of Buffalo Bill here, a museum to the memory of Buffalo Bill is nearby, or take in the breathtaking views over the Denver City skyline to the Denver International Airport buildings on the horizon.
Nestling in the foothills of Lookout Mountain is the city of Golden, home to Coors Brewery which plays host to half a million visitors each year.
Take a free 2 hour guided tour past the 150,000 gallon copper kettles used in the manufacturing of the beer, and see the full production process.
At the end of the tour, samples of beer are provided in the hospitality room.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre Park, just 15 miles west of Denver is set in 2,700 acres with seating for 9000 people.
Visit the hall of fame where posters of hundreds of past artists who have played here, including Elvis, Glen Miller, The Beatles and Sting are displayed.
Once nominated as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the amphitheatre consists of two 300 feet high monoliths named Ship Rock and Creation Rock which are both higher than the Niagara Falls.
Created and shaped naturally by Mother Nature, Red Rocks Amphitheatre is unique in the world and provides acoustic perfection for every performance with a bonus of breathtaking panoramic views over Denver.
Every year, the first performance of the season is the Easter Sunrise Service.
