Kremlin. Moscow. Russia.
The Kremlin is the heart of Russia, it is a symbol of the power of the empire at all times. Currently, important decisions in the life of the country are still made here. Interestingly, will the authorities ever leave the Kremlin completely at the disposal of tourists? I think that this will be a completely different Russia.

Russia: Heroic lion tamer returns after losing legs in life-changing accident
A well-known Russian tiger and lion tamer Vitaly Smolyanets returned to the arena and gave an interview at a circus in Rostov-on-Don, Tuesday. Vitaly Smolyanets became the first and only disabled, professional wild cat trainer after losing both his legs while rescuing the life of a stranger in a motorway accident about a year ago.
With the support of the Russian State Circus Company, constant help from his wife and two prosthetic legs, the lion tamer was able to return to the job he loves. Now, after surgery and a long rehabilitation period, he is back to training wild lions and tigers at the circus again, with his latest show 'Empire of Lions', which will tour Rostov-on-Don until 10 January, 2016.
Smolyanets was hit by a truck on the motorway between Tver and Moscow in February, 2015, while he was attempting to help strangers that were in a car accident. After heroically managing to save the crash victim from the path of a truck, Smolyanets was himself struck by the vehicle, losing both his legs in the process.

Russian reading for 2018 FIFA World Cup: stadiums, venues under construction
Russian reading for 2018 FIFA World Cup: stadiums, venues under construction
Russia is undertaking a large-scale project of building sports facilities and necessary infrastructure for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. According to Sports Minister, Vitaly Mutko, the approximate cost of the project will amount to 600 billion rubles. Private investors will take half of the costs upon themselves.
About 40 percent of the sum announced by the Minister will be directly spent on the construction of stadiums. The remaining 60 percent will be spent on infrastructure - construction of roads, hotels, airports, and training bases. A great job has been done already: three stadiums in Kazan, Sochi and Yekaterinburg have been built, and construction of stadiums in St. Petersburg and Moscow has started. According to President of the football club Spartak, Leonid Fedun, the first match at the capital's Otkrytie Arena in Tushino will be held this July. And construction of all approved stadiums will start in August, except the Luzhniki Stadium, where the dismantling of the old arena is now under way.
Matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup will be held in 11 Russian cities, including Samara. The project of the Samara Stadium has already passed the state examination. German designers working there have the vast experience of over ten stadiums that have hosted the matches of World and European Championships in Germany, South Africa, Ukraine and Poland. The design of the complex will be unique, a representative of the GMP-Architekten company, Martin Krebes, told journalists:
You've seen the project, its characteristics; it is a unique stadium, there is nothing like it in the world. Recognizability of facilities is a very important factor.
On the outside, the Samara Stadium will resemble a precious stone. And the sports complex in Rostov-on-Don will look like a question mark when viewed from above. An architect, head of the design workshop of the Mosproject-4 Institute, Dmitry Bush, explains this decision: What was this done? The goal is that during matches and concerts, all the stands - Western, Eastern and Southern - have a panoramic view of the city of Rostov-on-Don, so that all spectators could feel that they were not at an abstract stadium; the goal is to impart individuality to the stadium.
Following the construction of the Rostov Stadium, the development of the left bank of the Don will start: several buildings, including a new circus, will be built in the city. Thus, the 2018 FIFA World Cup will give impetus to the development of the city - new roads, bridges, a new airport and new jobs.
