Jet lag was seriously kicking in today... so we made the most of it!
Stand out eat today was the 飯糰 rice roll from breakfast. The rice was chewy but firm and fragrant and the filling had so many flavours and textures which all went really well together. The crispy chicken skin from Ruifeng Night Market was pretty insane too though!
