2015-05-19 Richmond CA City Counsel Meeting: Resolution in support of Space Preservation Act of 2001
May 19th 2015 the City of Richmond continued their support for targeted individuals and voted to support the bill that would have banned the attack methods, Space Preservation Act of 2001. The bill by Dennis Kucinich was defiled by the Department of Defense and Congress, never being voted on. The bill was introduced three separate occasions in 2001, 2002, and 2005 with support of other congressman, having the terms about directed energy stripped but remaining banned under the catch all term, (C) any other undeveloped means. The bill indicated that humans would of been protected from space, sea, and land based weapons to assault the targeted persons health, mental health, and physical integrity primarily from directed energies and projectile weapons. The city Richmond CA resolution discussion and vote begins at about 3 hours and 10 minutes in this unclipped city counsel meeting. The documents including agenda and resolution from the Richmond CA City Counsel meeting are in the below link. obamasweapon.com
Richmond CA agenda, documents, resolution:
Link to bill Richmond CA voted to support:
Note: Richmond CA is not the first city to vote to support this bill. Berkeley CA voted to support the bill in 2002.
Overview by Tom Butt, the Mayor of Richmond who voted against the resolution but who appears to thoroughly understand the issue:
After this resolution was approved, the City of Richmond CA was inundated with calls from around the globe from victims claiming to have been assaulted with directed energy. The city then backtracked on their support and basically indicated they would not be helping any of the victims, and even told the media that Richmond CA residents were not being taken seriously and instead being directed to local nut wards to be medicated. I'm not kidding. Checking out CBSNews San Francisco for the comments of the Chief of Police and Vice Mayor who changed his mind regarding supporting the resolution, saying in fact the whole resolution had been a bad idea. What a bunch of cop out losers. However, I knew from the beginning the city didn't care, as no arrests or criminal investigations/probes into state or military/federal agencies had been occurring, since word came that the City Counsel indicated they would be helping the targets in 2014 based on the reports of Amy Anderson and Derrick Robinson from FreedomFCHS.
Articles regarding the initial passing of the resolution:
News articles from CBS regarding Richmond CA being bombarded with calls, negative comments from Police Chief (contrary to previous positive comments given by one of the Police Captains of the bill):
Richmond CA has received so many calls, letters, and complaints that any lawyer wishing to crack the government open should focus on retrieving these complaints in pursuit of lawsuits against the government for actually doing exactly what the targeted individuals allege. That is, they are targeting citizens with electronic warfare, satellite and over the horizon radar on American soil, torturing the fuck out of citizens in secret, then claiming the victims are mentally ill afterwards to cover it all up. The cities records of the calls should help any class action and the money rewards will be huge.

USA: VIRGINIA: GROUP TRYING TO REVIVE THE SPIRIT OF THE 1960S
English/Nat
The social and political activism of the nineteen-sixties may be gone for some.
But a California-based group is trying to revive the spirit of that era in the hearts and minds of activists in America and around the world.
And this week they've come East, to just outside the U-S capital, to offer a hands-on lesson in the tactics of peaceful protest.
The gentle rolling hills of Northern Virginia are a common getaway for residents of Washington D-C, looking for a quiet retreat from city life.
But on this day the silence is broken by a group looking not to retreat, but to attack. They're here to learn the ropes, quite literally, of non-violent protest.
Many of them are part of Washington's political-action scene, taking up causes ranging from human rights to the environment.
They've left their air-conditioned offices behind, 50 miles away in Washington, to be guests of The Ruckus Society.
Ruckus is holding a five-day camp here in Virginia to share some of their know how in the ways of non-violent confrontation.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
Well we wanted to come to Washington, D-C to be accessible to people who are doing a lot of great campaigning, predominantly out of offices and within the, you know, ivory kind of halls of Congress. And to get them out in the open, sharing skills with one another, having a lot of fun, and also learning some tactics that they can now apply to their work.
SUPER CAPTION: John Sellers, camp organizer, The Ruckus Society.
Learning how to climb a rope means you could, for example, help put up a protest banner on the side of a building or a ship.
They're the same tactics made famous by Greenpeace, the environmental action group that for years has waged an activist war against nations and big business around the globe.
Ruckus says these camp goers come from generally savvy, even politically powerful groups.
But Sellers and other Ruckus trainers say their recruits are less familiar with the kind of radical direct action that can force change.
Many of them are also too young to remember the same kind of protests familiar to activists of the 1960's.
So here at the camp, participants get a mix of hands-on training along with a lesson in how to put a good spin on it all.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
Details count. Neatness even counts. Because, basically your whole purpose is to try and communicate as effectively to the media as possible. And so to the extent that you make their jobs easier for them you're going to get better coverage.
SUPER CAPTION: Bill Walker, media workshop instructor, The Ruckus Society.
Officials with Ruckus say they've trained more than 600 activists in eight camp sessions like this one since 1995, in the U-S and Canada.
Every member of this group of about 100 was screened to make sure they had links to legitimate activist groups, according to the Ruckus officials.
But there are also people from outside the U-S hoping to use what they learn here to try and push for change back home.
Ka Hsaw Wa is from Myanmar (formerly Burma).
He fled his country in 1988 as a student escaping political repression under the military regime there and now heads a Washington human rights group.
Ka admits the kind of tactics taught here would not be well received in Myanmar.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
For example, if we climb like over there and we put up a banner, in Burma they simply go and shoot us down, and they're going to kill you.
SUPER CAPTION: Ka Hsaw Wa, Director, EarthRights International.
But Ka believes that activists in exile can do their part to help supporters in Myanmar who can't speak out.

George Washington Statue in Los Angeles, California
This full-length bronze figure of George Washington dressed in military uniform is a copy of the original granite sculpture by the great French artist Jean-Antoine Houdon. The original was created in Paris in 1796 and was shipped and installed in the Virginia State Capitol in Richmond. With special permission from the Virginia General Assembly, Gorham Manufacturing Company cast approximately 30 bronze copies of the statue in the late nineteenth century; one copy was acquired in 1933 by the Women’s Community Service, an auxiliary of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and presented to the County on February 22, 1933, the birthday of George Washington.
