Aerial tour of Saint Edwards Park - Kenmore, WA
Saint Edward State Park is a 316-acre day-use park with 3,000 feet of freshwater shoreline on Lake Washington. Once a Catholic seminary, the park's rich history reflects in its grounds and architecture. Walks along the undeveloped lakeshore are peaceful and give the visitor many opportunities for nature study. The park offers many outdoor play amenities. The park hosts the last undeveloped waterfront along Lake Washington's shore. Bald eagles, otters and other animals may be viewed along the 3/4-mile natural portion of the perimeter.
This site was once used by Native Americans while fishing the area.
In the late 1920s, the archbishop of Seattle donated the property to the Diocese of Seattle for use as a seminary by the Sulpician Order of Catholic Priests. In 1931, St. Edward Seminary was constructed. In the fall of 1977, because of declining enrollment and changes in the education of seminarians, the diocese sold 316 acres, including the seminary, to the state for use as a state park. In 1978, the property was dedicated and received its current name.

Check out my first aerial video! I filmed this with my quadcopter from XProHeli with a GoPro during the first stretch of really nice weather in Seattle. The editing was quick and dirty but it gets the point across. Done in Final Cut Pro X.
I go to this park all the time for mountain biking and it is absolutely gorgeous. So it was a natural choice as one of my first filming locations. You also get to see Lake Washington, Bastyr University and Downtown Seattle in the distance.

Lake Forest Park Homes

Lake Forest Park Homes
Lake Forest Park Homes is a sector of the market that has received great growth in the past year. The amount of growth in this sector is enormous and hence it is one of the most sought after sectors in the industry. Talking about the united states real estate market let us put some light on the trends the Seattle real estate market has been showing lately and let us also emphasize on the plus and the minus points on the Lake Forest Park Homes market.
In the year 2005 USA witnessed one of the biggest booms in the Lake Forest Park Homes sector and the experts then estimated that the country would suffer from housing crash in the near future. To the surprise of the experts this prediction didn't came true and for the benefit of the market the predicted housing crash didn't occurred.
But Lake Forest Park Homes have seen a change as far as growth is considered. In the first quarter of this current year 2007, the property rise was estimated around 0.1%. This was the estimate provided by the office of federal housing enterprise. But recently we got an article from cnn.com that claimed that the prices in the Lake Forest Park Homes area have fallen down by 2.5% since 2005.
Well, this thing is not so shocking as we can see that there is a growth in active listing since the year 2005, almost double the amount of active listings are being done right now in the current year. Earlier there used to be 37 days on market for a home but now the number has increased to 67 days on market, this is why we are witnessing a decline in the home prices in the Seattle area and Lake Forest Park Homes Homes.
To an extent the customers need to understand the reasonability of this market even if the prices have fallen down the Lake Forest Park Homes market has become much more predictable that what tit was few years back. Thus the customers must now understand that they will hardly get the prize for there homes now which they were being offered few years back.
In terms of economics, we all know that if the supply increases the prizes will fall down to make the whole lot salable, this is what we are witnessing now says with so many houses on offer. Few years back the number of Lake Forest Park Homes were very few and hence the rates which the owners were getting were really touching the sky, but the situation have changed and this is what we must understand.
People are doing high active listing, some just do it to get a rate for their home and then they do not sell the home, still it counts in the supply because the property dealer will estimate the cost only if the user describes his or her home as a salable property. For a great deal you can depend on Lake Forest Park Homes Homes.

SUMMARY
=======
Arlington County is a county in the Commonwealth of Virginia, often referred to simply as Arlington or Arlington, Virginia. In 2016, the county's population was estimated at 230,050, making it the sixth-largest county in Virginia, or the fourth-largest city if it were incorporated as such. It is the 5th highest-income county in the U.S. by median family income, and has the highest concentration of singles in the region.The county is coterminous with the U.S. Census Bureau's census-designated place of Arlington. Though a county, it is also treated as the second-largest principal city of the Washington metropolitan area.
The county is situated in Northern Virginia on the southwestern bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington, D.C., of which it was once a part. With a land area of 26 square miles (67 km2), Arlington is the geographically smallest self-governing county in the U.S., and by reason of state law regarding population density, has no incorporated towns within its borders. Due to the county's proximity to downtown Washington, D.C., Arlington is home to many important installations for the capital region and U.S. government, including the Pentagon, Reagan National Airport, and Arlington National Cemetery. Many schools and universities have campuses in Arlington, most prominently the Antonin Scalia Law School of George Mason University.
