DYA717 Jun 9, 2019 Wakkanai – Cape Soya using roundtrip bus ticket (2500-yen) purchased at the Wakkanai Bus Station (same building as the train). Saved around 280-yen – almost a free can beer! Bus takes about 55-minutes. It was chilly at the Cape. Back to Wakkanai and had a Wakkanai Bowl of scallops/snowcrab rice bowl at the train station in Fujita restaurant. Then hiked up to Wakkanai Park. Saw coupla deer along the way. Then down to the waterfront Port Kita Bohatei Dome and Shiosai Promenade. Then FukukoIchiba shopping strip mall. Late bowl of Yonakisoba, complimentary 9:30-11:00 p.m. at the Dormy Inn Hotel
