Nature Of Imagination Is The New Exhibition At Salisbury Arts Centre
Leading British Theatre & Film Costume Designer, Clancy Steer has opened up a new exhibition at the Salisbury Arts Centre and it features a lifetime of work. The exhibition includes textural landscapes, modern figurative icons and visionary guardian figures alongside examples of her costume design watercolours and iPad paintings. Clancy has won a BAFTA for some of her costume design work for Mrs Brown with Dame Judi Dench and Billy Connolly. The 'Nature of Imagination' exhibition runs until the 6th of April, and so we went to meet her to find out more.

A Serving Soldier And His Dance Group Are Coming To Salisbury This Week
At the end of this week, Salisbury is being visited by a special dance company who are bringing with them their 5 star show. 5 Soldiers: The Body is the front line, will taking place on Thursday and Friday at the Salisbury Arts Centre and its the work of the Rosie Kay dance company. What makes this show so unique is that serving Soldier Alex Smith is part of the group.They're training in the city all this week and so we went to meet them before one of their rehearsals.

Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra, conducted by Pinchas Zukerman, perform at Salisbury Cathedral on October 29, 2014, just a few kilometres from where Canadian troops first landed in 1914 at the beginning of the First World War. The performance was part of the NAC Orchestra’s UK Tour. The concert footage, courtesy of CBC, is interspersed with evocative photographs from the Great War.
