The Sally Gap is a long stretch of road (R759) in Wicklow that hosts some incredible sights. By far one of the most scenics drives you will experience in Ireland. Starting high in the Wicklow mountains, the iconic road cuts across the amazing greenery and finishes at the Guinness Lake (Lough Tay).

A movie short filmed at the Sally Gap, Wicklow Mountains in Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
We had stunning weather with lovely sunshine and a few clouds but had a really strong wind coming up the valley so I had to be very careful that the wind speed didn't exceed the capabilities of the drone.
Filmed used a DJI Inspire 1 drone with a Zenmuse X3 camera shooting 4K video. Edited in Premiere Pro to make a short movie clip.

We took the DJI Mavic Mini for a windy flight in the well known Sally Gap in Wicklow, Ireland. It handled fairly well with some hairy moments but all in all this budget drone has yet again delivered a brilliant view of Ireland.
