MORE THAN BIOLOGICAL attends the 7th DAY OF SIMBANG GABI, 22 December 2016, 0400H to 0500H mass at Our Lady of the Abandoned Church at the Historical Community of Santa Ana, Manila City, Metro Manila Philippines.

I was hearing my stomach growl by 0115H and I thought it would be wise to prepare a very early breakfast than have it after the alarm goes off by 0300H. Setting it at that time because we were really planning to attend a Simbang Gabi mass at a nearby church, Holy Eucharist Parish at Bgy. Moonwalk, Paranaque city. Daniel my godson and fellow band player in MORE THAN BIOLOGICAL Band help me prepare the meal although he did not take any, he was not yet hungry. While brushing my teeth an inner voice prompted me to do it now, attend the mass in Sta. Ana. After lying back to bed by 0237H alarm now set for 0245H, we both got up when it went off after a few minutes more of rest then we rushed to the historical residential district of Sta. Ana Manila. We left by 0319H and drove to Sta. Ana while Daniel took some videos of Christmas lights along the way. When we got inside the church after looking for a place to park, there was a lady named Malou seated on the second row behind the first row where the lay ministers would be seated, she was seated near the isle the ideal position for me to set my camera tripod to take pictures and videos of the mass, she was still praying the rosary when I asked her if we could exchange places with her and she was kind enough to help us out and also she is one of the lectors of the church but is just going to be attending the mass this time. She just moved to the back and seated with her friend Medy and after some more conversations she told me that Medy is a Bautista, after I said my roots here are the Bautista's, Tejada's and we grew up with the Gomez family. Then ate Medy asked me if I was Manny her cousin and I found out she was ate Medy from Lamayan street where I grew up, a cousin who I cannot remember anymore. Then we also noticed tito Ric Sabio family friend and husband of my elementary teacher in Saint Francis School (located in the church grounds), tita Nita. After the mass we took pictures with them and some of the lay ministers and also ate Medy introduced me to cousin Dedeth's daughter and it was like a surprise reunion with friends and family that the Lord has planned. That voice I heard to go to Sta. Ana to hear the 7th Advent Season Dawn mass for 2016, 22 December must be God sent. I have not heard a Simbang Gabi mass in Santa Ana Church Manila for decades and we offer all this pictures and videos to all of you, those who have not been home in the Philippines for Christmas in a long time, specially our overseas Filipino workers (OFW's). A blessed Advent Season to everyone.
