The history of the stone ruins between Scarborough State Beach and Black Point is a local mystery. There appears to be only a small amount of written record about the property and what I am presenting here is a collection of conversations with local residents, period newspaper articles and books that have references to the house and families that owned the home. The house in some sources is referred to as Windswept and others as Scarborough.

Hiking at Black Point in Narragansett, Rhode Island (Cinematic Trailer)
Black Point, in Narragansett Rhode Island, is one of our all time favorite hiking spots. It is a beautiful hike that features many different views ranging from forest, rocky oceanside, old ruins, to a sandy beach. The trail is about 1.5 miles long and ends at Scarborough Beach with a gorgeous view of the Point Judith lighthouse. The trail is officially known as the Malcolm Grant Trail and was recently improved with an elderly-friendly extension that is ADA compliant for wheelchair access. It's a family-friendly hiking spot that everyone can enjoy. As you walk you may see others bird-watching, fishing, and walking dogs.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

SUMMARY
=======
The East Coast Greenway is a 3,000-mile (4,800 km) biking and walking route linking the major cities of the Atlantic coast of the United States, from Calais, Maine, to Key West, Florida. The spine route and branching complementary routes are for non-motorized human transportation for everything from local commutes to long-distance trips.
The nonprofit East Coast Greenway Alliance was created in 1991. The entire route has been selected. As of July 2017, 900 miles (1,450 km), or 32 percent of the route, is off-road on traffic-protected greenways. The vision is for the entire trail to be off-road.
