The Schwan Super Rink is happy to announce the purchase of new rubber flooring for the entire facility. With the help of the state of Minnesota and All-American Arena Products, the Super Rink installed 45,000 square feet of rubber flooring.

Kristi King's Collegiate Girls Hockey Prep Camp is a five day camp for High School girls to give them exposure with college coaches, the recruitment process and developing them as athletes.

MN Loons 2017 2
The inaugural season for the MN Loons 04 division was a growing experience and as the season progressed the kids got better at all phases of the game. In the end, they finished the season with a climatic shootout victory to take 3rd place and a trophy. Great job kids!

NSCtv:Northern Blades take on regionals.
Blaine, Minn. (October 3, 2017) – The Schwan Super Rink at the National Sports Center hosted the prestigious Upper Great Lakes Figure Skating Championship October 4-8. The event is the first step for skaters to qualify to compete in the 2018 U.S. Figure Skating Championship in San Jose, December 29, 2017-January 7, 2018.
Nearly 800 skaters from the Upper Great Lakes Region will compete, representing 67 skating clubs.
The National Sports Center's very own Northern Blades Figure Skating program, had three skaters who placed at regional s and will move onto the the next round.
