Here is the Scindia Ghat in Varanasi. As the boat moves froward the famous Manikarnika Ghat also comes into view. It was a great experience to be boating near the ghats watching them.

सिंधिया घाट जिसे शिन्दे घाट भी कहते हैं, वाराणसी में मणिकर्णिका घाट के उत्तरी ओर लगा हुआ है।
इस घाट का निर्माण १५० वर्ष पूर्व हुआ था और इससे लगा हुआ शिव मंदिर आंशिक रूप से नदी के जल में डूबा हुआ है।
इस घाट के ऊपर काशी के अनेकों प्रभावशाली लोगों द्वारा बनवाये गए मंदिर स्थित हैं।
ये संकरी घुमावदार गलियों में सिद्ध-क्षेत्र में स्थित हैं। कहते हैं अग्निदेव कड़ी शीर्षक का जन्म यहीं हुआ था।
यहां हिन्दू लोग वीर्येश्वर की अर्चना करते हैं और पुत्र कामना करते हैं।

This walk was taken from the main market all the way down to the Manikarnika Ghat, up to the rooftop restaurant where we finally ended our little journey through the most holy city in all of India.
