The Edge of the City - The Mark Croft Band, Live at Shake Rag Alley
Recorded live on July 20th, 2013, at the historic Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts in Mineral Point, WI, the song The Edge of the City was first released on Croft's 2009 studio album, THE POSSIBILITY OF DISASTER. The live version heard here appears on his November 2013 CD, LIVE AT SHAKE RAG ALLEY.
LIVE AT SHAKE RAG ALLEY is the 5th official release by Mark Croft, and contains some of his best songs to date, including the first full-band recording of fan-favorite Molly Brown and the new single, Easy On Me. You'll find the familiar and the unexpected in this 14-track collection, showcasing the live performance of Mark and his acoustic quartet.
