China–Pakistan relations began in 1950 when Pakistan was among the first countries to end official diplomatic relations with the Republic of China or Taiwan and recognize the PRC. Since then, both countries have placed considerable importance on the maintenance of an extremely close and supportive special relationship[1][2][3] and the two countries have regularly exchanged high-level visits resulting in a variety of agreements. The PRC has provided economic, military and technical assistance to Pakistan and each considers the other a close strategic ally
Shanghai Old Town and Bazaar - Trip to China part 53 - Full HD travel video
Old City is the area inside the the ancient walled city of Shanghai, the city walls ringed the city around what is today Remin & Zhonghua streets. During the era of foreign concessions, the old city remained exclusively Chinese, and foreigners seldom ventured there. These days there are more foreigners, and while the attractions here, touted as the old Shanghai is rather touristy, they are undeniably picturesque. Neither is the Old Town exclusively old, tall modern buildings have - like in the rest of the city - started shooting up around the two main streets intersecting the district, but you still have a chance to take in the atmosphere if you wonder into the quaint side streets.

1930s TOUR OF SHANGHAI & NORTH CHINA RICKSHAWS CHINESE JUNKS GREAT WALL BEIJING 98064
This silent film shows a tour of China and was likely shot in the early 1930s as a promotional film for a tourism company. Some title cards are marked Wonders of the World which might suggest it was also simply a commercial release of a travel record.
Most of what you see in this film no longer exists. At :59 a one wheel taxi -- a wheelbarrow carried by a very strong Chinese man -- is shown. At 1:28 the houses of farmers are seen and at 1:38 a man poses with a child. At 1:47 a street scene in a rural area is shown. At 1:55 men pull rickshaws through the streets of Shanghai and at 2:00 men tow a cart loaded with lumber. At 2:20 metal poles are moved by a gang of men, their hands behind their backs. At 3:10 men tow a roller as a road is constructed. At 3:20 keelboats ply the river loaded with sacks of rice. At 4:00 a Chinese junk is seen on the water.
At 4:20 a trip by rail to North China is shown. At 4:37 the train rides past what appears to be small boats. At 4:45 formal dining aboard the train is shown. At 4:51 the Tientsin East train station is shown. At 5:00 a large pagoda is shown near Tientsin.
At 5:17 a card says The Great Wall of China and the film shows views of tourists being carried on sedan chairs to see the edifice. At 6:59 the tour by train continues to Peiping / Peking / Beijing, where camels are seen in the streets (7:10). At 8:48 children and women with bound feet are shown. At 9:11 the film progresses through the Chien Men Gate into the Tartar City, or inner city of the Beijing wall defenses. At 9:35 the South Gate is shown and glimpses of the Imperial City and Temple of Heaven (10:40) and Altar of Heaven.
At 11:27 a Chinese man is shown eating noodles and at 11:30 a barber is shown working on a man's ponytail. At 12:30 a young child is seen. At 12:40 an elaborate funeral in China is shown. The film ends with more shots from the train including of a pagoda and at 15:40 of sailing vessels moving up a narrow canal or river. At 15:46 a marina of sorts is shown as the film comes to an end.

This is a 360 video so you can look around with your mouse or mobile phone ;)
The Old City of Shanghai is the traditional urban core of Shanghai. Its boundary was formerly defined by a defensive wall. The Old City was the county seat for the old county of Shanghai. With the advent of foreign concessions in Shanghai, the Old City became just one part of Shanghai's urban core but continued for decades to be the seat of the Chinese authority in Shanghai. Notable features include the City God Temple which is located in the center of the Old City and is connected to the Yuyuan Garden, a traditional Chinese Ming-style private garden, originally built in 1559 but ransacked and restored several times since then.
We will keep posting videos from all over the world.

Things To Do In Shanghai, China
- Old Shanghai
Old Shanghai is the traditional urban core of Shanghai, China.
- Yuyuan Garden
Yu Garden or Yuyuan Garden is an extensive Chinese garden located beside the City God Temple in the northeast of the Old City of Shanghai, China. It abuts the Yuyuan Tourist Mart and is accessible from the Shanghai Metro's Line 10 Yuyuan Garden Station.
- Xin Tian Di
Located in the center of Shanghai City and south of Middle Huaihai Road, Tian Di Shanghai has become an urban attraction that holds the historical and cultural legacies of the city. It is a fashionable pedestrian street composed of Shikumen and modern architecture style.
- Nanjing East Road
Nanjing East Road is the main shopping street of Shanghai, China, and is one of the world's busiest shopping streets. The street is named after the city of Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu neighbouring Shanghai. Today's Nanjing Road comprises two sections, Nanjing Road East and Nanjing Road West. In some contexts, Nanjing Road refers only to what was pre-1945 Nanjing Road, today's Nanjing Road East, which is largely pedestrianised.
- Ningxia Road
Ningxia Night Market serves up many types of Taiwanese street food, and the notable fact is that many shops around have a history of at least 40 – 50 years. If you are not fussy or overly indulgent on food, I can suggest you dedicate about 1 to 2 hours here.
- The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel
The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel is almost a virtual facility under the ground and provides a memorable experience of the special multimedia effects. The compartments of sightseeing maglev train are completely transparent and it allows the 360 degrees view.
- The Bund
The Bund or Waitan is a waterfront area in central Shanghai. The area centers on a section of Zhongshan Road (East No.1 Zhongshan Road) within the former Shanghai International Settlement, which runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River in the eastern part of Huangpu District. The area along the river faces the modern skyscrapers of Lujiazui in the Pudong District. The Bund usually refers to the buildings and wharves on this section of the road, as well as some adjacent areas. It is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai. Building heights are restricted in the area.

The western bank of the Huangpu River is called Puxi, and the eastern, Pudong.

In the past, the old city remained exclusively Chinese, today there are many foreigners here, since the picturesque attractions and buildings reminds the tourists in bygone times.
