White Ghost at a Buddha Temple in Nanjing China
The White Ghost visits a Buddha temple and comes across a reinactment of the arrival of a Chinese King in the temple. Interesting for those of you who have not been or seen a Buddha Temple.
Kwan Kung Chinese Temple
The Kwan Kung temple, located in a two-story house on a tiny lane in Mazagaon, is one of the remaining traces of the vibrant Chinese community that used to call Mumbai home. Today, it is the only Chinese temple in the city.
Walking toward the wooden stairs that lead to the top of the temple, there is a mural of three deities—the Chinese gods of blessing, longevity, and prosperity—dressed in yellow, purple, and green robes. The temple itself is one large room, its focal point a red altar with gold carvings. Above the altar is a painting of the Chinese god of justice, protection, and courage, and the temple’s namesake, Kwan Kung

Ancient Chinese Buddhist Temple Facing Demolition | China Uncensored
Party officials have tearing down people's homes and selling the land to developers for years, but now they've taken it one step further. In Xi'an City, the plan is to knock down parts of a 1,300-year-old temple so they can build a souvenir shop. It would effectively make the temple just a money making tourist trap and forcing the monks to leave. But this temple houses the bones of Xuanzang, the famed monk from Journey to the West. And while in Journey to the West, he had the Monkey King Sun Wukong on his side, now he has the people of China fighting to protect him and the cultural heritage of China.

Dragon dance in the water city of Tongli, near Suzhou (China)
The Dance of the Dragon is a traditional Chinese dance performed, along with the Lion Dance, especially during the celebrations of some festivities.
During the dance, a group of people carries the body of the dragon, imitating the movements of the spirit of the waters in a sinuous and wavy manner. The movements of the dance performance are traditionally symbolic of the historical role of the dragon, which embodies strength and dignity.
According to tradition, dragons are bearers of good luck.

Historic Black Goat Taoist Temple(Qingyang Palace) in China.
Heyy Fam!
How are you all doing today?
Here's a short Video on my visit to one of the most famous Taoist Temples in China. Hope you enjoy it!
Qingyang Palace, aka Qing Yang Gong, is one of the most famous Taoist temples in China. It is conveniently located in the northwest part of Chengdu, in the Sichuan Province.
Qingyang Palace was originally built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), a period when Taoism was flourishing. Most of the parts of the temple that remain in existence are restorations from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), including Sanqing Hall, Doulao Hall, Hunyuan Palace, the Eight Trigrams Pavilion, and Wuji Palace.
Beside the altar of Sanqing Hall stand two eye-catching bronze goats, which were said to be taken from Beijing during the Qing Dynasty. One of the goats is actually a strange creature with a mouse's ears, an ox's nose, a tiger's claw, a rabbit's mouth, a dragon's horns, a snake's tail, a horse's face, a goat's beard, a monkey's neck, a chicken's eyes, a dog's belly and a pig's thighs.
Many important exhibits of Taoist cultural relics are also on display in Qingyang Palace, such as the wooden engraving of the Dao Zang Ji Yao (Abstract of Collected Taoist Scriptures) and the stone sculpture of Patriarch Lu Dongbin, who was one of the Taoist Immortals in Chinese History.
