Sen. Lou Barletta (R-PA-11) is asked about provisions 1021 and 1022 of the NDAA of 2012, which according to articles such as Three myths about the detention bill which can be found here:
grants the authority to the executive branch of the US government to, without oversight, deem American citizens as belligerent, send military troops to capture them, not tell their families where their loved-one is being taken, toss them in jail, with no time limitation, representation, or trial.
The Congressman states that he appreciates their concern, however his voting record shows a disregard for the U.S. Bill of Rights.

Visited the point in Cape Henlopen State Park today and Conquest Beach in Delaware Seashore State Park. The heavy north winds were really pushing the sand and waves around.
