Sisodia Rani Garden A Beautiful place to View in Jaipur Rajasthan
Sisodia Rani Garden and Palace is a palace garden 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) from Jaipur city in of Rajasthan state in India. It was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1728. The place consists of tiered multi-level gardens with fountains, watercourses and painted pavilions. A double-storeyed palace occupies the top terrace of the garden. The palace has many galleries, pavilions and beautiful murals depicting scenes from the life of lord Krishna. The palace lies on Jaipur Agara highway.
The palace garden derives its name, Sisodia Rani Garden and Palace, from the rani (queen) for whom it was built. She hailed from the Sisodia line of Suryavanshi (Sun dynasty) Rajputs, who ruled and now nominally rule the region of Mewar in Rajasthan.

Rajasthan Palace, Sisodia Rani ka bagh : aerial journey over historic complex and gardens. Bagh means garden. The name can be translated as the ‘garden of Queen Sisodia’. Sisodia was the Udaipur princess who married Jaipur King, Sawai Jai Singh. The Sisodia Rani ka Bagh is a royal garden, located a little away from Jaipur. The garden is famous for its flora wealth, natural attractions and for relaxation. This garden holds beautiful water fountains, pavilions, flowerbeds, galleries, murals, water channels and much more. This garden was used by the queen for relaxing. The garden was decorated with mural painting of Lord Krishna and Radha to express the love that the king had for Sisodia Rani. The garden was specifically built outside the city to keep it away from the hustles and noises of local life. The garden is designed with a mixture of Indian style and Mughal architectural style. The wall paintings and decorations are also a form of Indian style. The flowerbed arrangement, water channels and fountains are designed in Mughal style. There is a small shrine and a natural spring near the garden that are dedicated to Hindu Gods; Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman and Lord Vishnu. The garden overlooks the grand palace of the queen, which is filled with mural painting of hunting scenes, scenes from the story of Lord Krishna and so on. The palace is open for tourists to explore.

The Sisodia Rani ka Bagh is a royal garden, located at a distance of approximately 8 kms from Jaipur City, Rajasthan, India.
This palace was build by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh-II in 1710 A.D. for accomodating his Rani (Queen) who was a princess of Udaipur and who wanted to live in a separate palace to other than those in Amber.
Maharaj Sawai Jai Singh-II (3 November 1688 – 21 September 1743) was the Hindu Rajput ruler of the kingdom of Amber (later known as Jaipur), he later founded the fortified city of Jaipur and made it his capital. He was born at Amber, the capital of the Kachwahas. He became ruler of Amber at the age of 11 after his father Maharaja Bishan Singh died on 31 December 1699.
This Rajput lady (Sisodia Rani) continued to be named after the class of ruling house of Udaipur, to which she belonged. She was originally known as Sisodia Rani and therefore this beautiful existing garden is after her name as Sisodia Rani Ka Baug.
