Kayak NJ Upper Delaware River Trip Day 1 Narrowsburg to 10 Mile River 062215
Kayak NJ Upper Delaware River Trip Narrowsburg to 10 Mile River flatwaterkayaker.com The first day of our 3 day Kayak/Fishing trip on the Upper Delaware River between New york and Pennsylvania. The first day of the trip we paddled from Narrowsburg to 10 Mile River. Due to some heavy rains the river was running very high and quick and was the color of chocolate milk which made for poor fishing conditions. Great weather and company made for a terrific day on the water. Saw many eagles along our route. The last bit of moving water at our take out flipped one of the canoes in our group. I had to paddle back out and grab the canoe and tow it back to shore with three soggy paddlers. It was a great first leg of out trip.

KAYAK NJ Upper Delaware River Trip Day 3 062415 10 Mile River to Zane Gray
Kayak NJ Upper Delaware River Trip Day 3 flatwaterkayaker.com The third and final day of our Upper Delaware River Trip from 10 Mile River to Zane Gray. It was a fantastic trip spent with fantastic people. Saw a healthy eagle population on the river which was a thrill. The third day we also encountered a rattle snake at a spot Don grabbed his lunch. I was the second from the group to land at his spot. I came ashore to the rattle of the snakes tail rattling like crazy. Don went to check it out and came back with the snakes shed skin. After that we decided to move further down stream for the group to have lunch. Lots of wild encounters on this trip with spectacular scenery. The stretches we paddled also had some class 2 rapids which challenged all of our skills. It was a great time on the river. I highly recommend fellow paddlers to venture to the Upper Delaware River for some great fishing and fun waters to explore.

Kayak NJ Using the Personal Camera Buddy as a tripod on the Upper Delaware River June 2015. I've been using the PCB for a little over a year now and it has been a fantastic tool for enhancing my adventure camera experiences. In this video clip I used it as a tripod while videoing my friends shoot a rapid on the Delaware River.
