Camp Skokie
ISAS + the Forest Preserves of Cook County teamed up to give a walking archaeology tour of what was formerly known as Camp Skokie. Camp Skokie was a POW camp during World War II. While the camp's structures have been gone for quite some time there are still remnants of the camp in existence today. This video gives a brief history of the camp and images from the walking tour on FPCC land.

Skokie Lagoons North hiking trail
Skokie Lagoons North Hiking trail part of the Ralph Frese River trail. Footage taken with YI 4k action camera. This is part two of my journey. In this segment will hike for a few miles and go off trail to check out two forts near the Lagoon. There are a few photos taken from this trip with the Canon Powershot SD780. The Best Little Dam Fishin Tails Ever
On a hot summer afternoon before I go to work I need to fish my favorite spots on the Vermillion River here in Pontiac Illinois. Many smallmouth this day and here are the highlights. This big Dum Perch here was 8 pounds and gave me a good fight too. It of course wiggled off on me. Thanks to the future fisherman here who were swimming and fishin this day. The life jacket they lost that was in the middle of the dam current there I caught on my crankbait and got it back for them.
