Finnish sailor crossing Southern Ocean. Erno goes from Beginner with no sailing experience to a true ocean big sea adventurer.
I did not think he would stay onboard after the gales but after a few beers and some mad skateboarding down from the lookout in Albany he was ready to cross the Great Australian Bight. That crazy Fin.
The question is will he get sea sick, I took Erno on as crew as he promised he would not get sea sick. Informed me he was a fisherman. Fisherman was a stretch IT wiz kid and vagabond maybe.
Erno went from the snow covered land of Finland to explore Australia, whats stopping you? My only job here is to show you that your dream of sailing is possible, within reach and yours for the taking if you have got the spirit to walk or sail a different path.
If you get inspired to sail maybe you would help me find a cure for mitochondrial disease. Donate $1.00 or more to lets give a future sailor the chance to sail.
See you out here, it might be cold, wet lumpy and often you will be sleep deprived but it's worth every minute.
