Lebih 100.000 peziarah dari Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Filipina dan Vietnam mengunjungi pesta tahunan Santa Anna yang diadakan pada pekan terakhir di bulan Juli.
Peziarah mendaki bukit untuk sampai ke Kapel dipuncak dan menawarkan lilin yang menyala, karangan bunga dan doa kepada St Anna, mohon bantuan dan memberikan terima kasih untuk pemberkatan yang diterima.
