Graham Highlanders of St. Johnsbury Academy promotional video
A significant chapter in my journey as a bagpiper was the creation of the Graham Highlanders of St. Johnsbury Academy (SJA), an independent high school in Vermont (USA). It was an auspicious crossing when I relocated to northern New Hampshire in 2000 and pursued the opportunity as the groups’ bagpipe instructor. The musical journey of the pipe band was formalizing institutionalized as the only Scottish and Celtic Arts academic program in all of New England. The video was developed by bagpiper Peter Kent and was to be utilized for promotional purposes and to attract new and existing bagpipers, pipe band drummers, and Highland dancers to SJA.
