Did I miss anyone? Oh yeah, Brock, a friend of the Anglen Clan did some kiting in the LZ. It was a nice East day at the Butte!

Natural wonders - Palouse Falls (Washington)
Natural wonders - Palouse Falls
The Palouse Falls lies on the Palouse River, about 6 km upstream of the confluence with the Snake River in southeast Washington, United States. The falls are 60 m in height. The falls consists of an upper falls with a drop of 6 m which lies 305 m north-northwest of the main drop, and a lower falls, with a drop of 55 m. The canyon at the falls is 115 meters deep, exposing a large cross-section of the Columbia River Basalt Group. These falls and the canyon downstream are an important feature of the channeled scablands created by the great Missoula Floods that swept periodically across eastern Washington and across the Columbia River Plateau during the Pleistocene epoch.

Washington Waterways
Amazed by the sheer volume and power of water moving across northwestern Washington. And by the incredible beauty of the landscape. This video was taken 7/16/2011 on a day trip from Redmond, across Stevens Pass and into Leavenworth. It was a pleasure to see Washington showing off for our visitors. The music is Fin Symphony by Christopher J. Wray, used with permission.
