Based In Paso Robles, CA Heart to Heart Real Estate utilizes the funds generated by a real estate transaction to affect massive change through community partnerships. At the close of escrow, Heart to Heart will disburse 50% of the commission to fund the charitable and/or nonprofit organizations that are designated by our clients.
In the midst of a challenging economy and evolving real estate market, Mark McConnell and Liz Lee Marziello want to make an impact that goes beyond a successful transaction. Mark and Liz are dedicating their careers to “giving back.”
Mark states, “Our business involves transactions, many of which are based on the circumstances of daily life: re-location, death, divorce, taxes, or simply the desire to make a change. If a transaction is going to happen, either by necessity or choice, would people choose our company based on our core beliefs that we all ‘gain by giving?’ The idea for Heart to Heart was born.” Buying real estate can be a profitable venture. It can protect your family, your business and provide a wise investment for your future. Teamed with the vision of Heart to Heart Real Estate, any individual who otherwise would not have the means to give can nominate the charity or nonprofit of their choice to receive the payment of 50% of the commission earned.”

Mid State Fair Cattle Drive start in Paso Robles
Cattle and cowboys get ready for the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles. I got there at 10 a.m. to shoot the start of the parade, but by 10:20 it had not started and I had to move on to an appointment. I was hoping for some cool video of cows, bulls, wagons and more. Hopefully I can get it next year.

Road trip with me to a upscale RV Resort
My first experience at an RV Resort, and my thoughts.
First I want to Thank my friend for inviting me to come along. I had a Great time.
Amidst rolling hills covered in vineyards in Paso Robles a brand new RV Resort (Cava Robles RV Resort),is a upscale resort on the West Coast of California.
In the middle of it all 2 Large Swimming pools, Jacuzzi spas, a wellness center, a fitness center outside private showers near the pool area. Laundry room, a Bistro, hiking trails and so much more.
Surrounded by 200 wineries. Guests enjoy concierge and shuttle services to plan out their day including wine tasting, which was at the top of our list, unfortunately it wasn't available.
We were told by the person at the front desk they haven't had A shuttle driver for 4 months.
It is a new RV Resort opened up in May of 2018,
No shade the trees are still to small.
The resort also offers cute cottages if you don't have a RV. Needless to say a lot of the amenities weren't available.
On our last day it really started to warm up 97 Degrees.
