I generally love my job. I work with great people (residents and staff), it is fun and interesting.
I have done it for a while and there have been many super days, but a recent Tuesday was special. My favorite work day of the year. I spent three hours skiing at Sunday River with 6 of our residents (age range 75-88). Great skiers, great ladies, great fun. I loved that our RiverWoodsers were shredding the slopes, I loved being with them and hearing about their kids and grandkids and fun vacations, but what I loved the most was how they were crushing stereotypes with every turn. Some people think at 83 you need a rocking chair. I don't think so - all they need are some powder skis and blue sky. Bring on the snow!

Jordan Grand Hotel quarter shares make perfect sense for today singles and families that ski, golf or vacation at least 2 or 3 weeks a year. Two weekly rentals of a sleep two studio or a hotel room for a guest cost 50% more than annual costs for a studio quarter share. Space available allows you as an owner access to Sugarloaf , Jordan Grand or the Grand Summit for an average cost of less than $35 a day. So you have access to skiing during your off weeks.
When you buy a ski quarter share directly from Dave closings can be done quickly and efficiently through Dow's Law Office. Closing costs there are about roughly $500 plus transfer fees and tax stamps. All units come with a warranty deed and title insurance is about $100.
These units are selling for 25% of the original pricing when they were built.
The deals on these units are unbelievable. Replacement costs of these units would be 8 to 10 times current pricing.
There may never be a better time to buy a ski quarter share.

Lollapalooza is an easy run located in the Jordan Bowl at Sunday River in Newry, Maine. It is my favorite run at Sunday River, and one of my favorite in New England. Sunday River is a ski area located in Newry, Maine, near Bethel, Maine. It is located on the eastern edge of the White Mountains in Northwest Maine. It is owned by Boyne Resorts along with its sister resorts Sugarloaf and Loon. It is also a destination on the new Ikon Pass.
