???????? JAPAN: Traditional Tea Ceremony & Umeda Sky Observation Deck | TRAVEL VLOG #0146
We visited the observation deck of Osaka's highest building on our last full day in the city. Well, I visited it. It was too high for Mark, and I have to say it was a little daunting once I got up there. Then we participated in an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony, and we even dressed in real kimonos! I highly recommend the Tea Ceremony if you're in Osaka or Kyoto!

Tea Ceremony for Peace
In August 2015, the 15th Grand Master of the Urasenke Tea School, Dr. Genshitsu Sen, performed a tea ceremony for peace at the Embassy of Japan in Washington DC. Codified by a Zen Buddhist monk, the Japanese tea ceremony demonstrates respect and hospitality through grace and good etiquette.

Kendo's Tea Ceremony & Special Guests at the 25th Wrestlers' Reunion
On 14th August 2016, the 'Wrestlers' Reunion' held its 25th Anniversary Event, once more at The Bridges pub.
Every Reunion is a wonderful experience, but this year was a special event, as attending were Lyn and Ian Rigby, accompanied by daughter Courtney. Lyn's book, Lee Rigby - A Mother's Tale was on sale at the Reunion, as was the Nagasaki' Foundation's DVD of the 5th March fund-raiser wrestling tournament at the Victoria Hall, raising funds towards the 'Lee Rigby Lodge', the retreat for forces' Veterans and families, in Staffordshire.
Also attending this year's Reunion was Kelly Tolhurst MP, who has a special interest in supporting the military, accompanied by Reunion regular, Chris Buckwell, and they both met Lyn and Ian Rigby, and discussed the Lee Rigby Foundation's joint charitable works with Kendo's Charity.
In addition, this year, Kendo performed the Japanese Tea Ceremony, to honour British Professional Wrestling over the decades. Kendo made 'matcha' green tea for representatives of the new generation of British professional wrestlers, and he presented a very special tea bowl to the Reunion, so the ceremony honoured newcomers and legends alike.
Lyn Rigby also received an award for 'Courage In The Face Of Adversity' from the Reunion, presented by Kelly Tolhurst.
It was a wonderful day, and the 'Ring of Friendship' welcomed everyone very warmly - here's to the next 25 years of the Wrestlers' Reunion!

Short Film - Meditation Rock Balancing
WEBSITE:
INSTAGRAM:
FACEBOOK:
I did some meditating today, but not in a way you might think. I never really thought about rock balancing up until yesterday. I feel as though I have been letting my emotions get to me resulting in letting people take my power, if that makes sense. I’ve always was in awe seeing pictures of rock balancing art but, like I said, never thought twice about it. But, yesterday something heavy on my spirit brought me to this river today for over 30 minutes, to balance rocks. This has become another, new way of meditating for me. It requires focus, patience, control, calmness, and balance. All things I know I can work on especially when it comes to my emotions. I was in complete zen out there with my feet in the water, listening to it, dragonflies flying around me, and just experience Mother Nature. I figure every once in a while I’ll come out here to do some meditating. Maybe one day I’ll be able to balance 10 rocks and create mind boggling structures lol but for now, 3 will do.
I will do a more in depth VLOG on my meditations as well as continue to share my growth.
Namaste everyone!
