Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian pop musician, actor, and singer-songwriter. Bieber was discovered in 2008 by American talent manager Scooter Braun, who came across Bieber's videos on YouTube and later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with entertainer Usher Raymond in Atlanta, Georgia. His debut extended play, the seven-track My World, was released in November 2009, and was certified platinum in the United States. With a global fan base, termed as Beliebers, and over 40 million followers on Twitter, he was named by Forbes magazine in 2012 as the third-most powerful celebrity in the world. He had earned an estimated US$55 million in the previous 12 months. As of May 2012, Bieber has sold 15 million albums In March 2011, he was photographed making an obscene gesture at a photographer outside his 17th birthday party; however, he later released a public apology via Twitter. He was photographed performing the same gesture to photographers in November 2011 and November 2012. In July 2012, he was pulled over on the Ventura Freeway in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles Metro by California Highway Patrol, where he was reportedly driving at a speed of over 100 miles per hour (160 km/h) in a 65 mph (105 km/h) zone. Bieber claimed he had been attempting to lose a team of photographers who were following him. Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine called the incident a very dangerous, chaotic situation, and called Bieber's driving careless and reckless. Bieber was ticketed for the incident, and a photographer reportedly received four misdemeanor charges, two of which were later dropped. On January 1, 2013, a paparazzo, Chris Guerra, was killed while attempting to cross the street after he saw Bieber's car and pursued it on foot to take a picture of him. Bieber was not in the car at the time.

The first time Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas squared off in a head-to-head type of format was 10 years ago. It was the AJGA Junior All-Star at Walnut Creek, and Spieth introduced himself to Thomas on the practice range before they teed off together. They were co-leaders entering the second round of the two-day event before one of them pulled away for a convincing victory.
It was Spieth.
Five years later, they met as college freshmen in the match-play final of the NCAA championship at Riviera, Spieth representing Texas and Thomas playing for Alabama. The match was never really in doubt, as one of them raced to an early lead and held it throughout the day.
Again, it was Spieth.
Fast-forward a few more years: Spieth turned pro first. He won a PGA Tour event first. He played on a United States cup team first. He captured a major championship first.
For two careers that so similarly paralleled each other, witnessing his buddy's upper hand of success could've been enough to give Thomas a complex. It could've been enough for him to want to disassociate from the guy to whom he was so deeply connected that he spent his first few years as a pro being referred to with the prefix Jordan Spieth's good friend ...
Definitely jealousy, Thomas said of watching Spieth ascend so quickly. I still get jealous. Anytime any of my friends win and I don't, I'm extremely happy for them, I'm pumped for them, I'm excited. But I'm jealous.
There are plenty of players jealous of the 24-year-old Thomas right now.
On Labor Day afternoon, he posted a 5-under 66 to win the Dell Technologies Championship in convincing fashion, his fifth victory of the season, putting him on an exclusive list that this decade includes only Tiger Woods, Jason Day and, yes, Spieth, to win five times in a season.

This one was hardly a head-to-head battle like those at Walnut Creek and Riviera. They weren't paired together, and there was a bevy of other contenders also in the mix. The final leaderboard, though, for the first time in their professional careers, shows Thomas at the top and Spieth one notch below him -- an obvious change in dynamic from previous years.
I felt like I was getting behind, explained Thomas of his first few years as a pro, but at the same time, I was just starting and I can only do as much as I could do. I can't say that I saw this coming. It's not like I was like, 'Yeah, I know I'm going to win five or six times this year.' But I felt like I had the game and capability to. It just was a matter of it happening and everything working out.
He probably had some feelings of anxiousness, Spieth said. Just wanting to have those opportunities, wanting to get into the spots. I just started earlier than he did on tour. I feel like we're very similar caliber of player; I just got a couple years of experience head start. ... Obviously, he's become a tremendous closer. It's tough when you've got somebody that's that good and hot and can close.

Car Accident Settlement (Herniated Disc in Lower Back)
This is a car accident victim's testimonial. He was injured in a rear end accident in Miami, Florida.
What made this case unique?
My client's father was his primary care physician. His dad wrote a letter that stated that his back pain began after the accident.
Aside from his dad's letter, he didn't have any medical records that documented his back pain until 9 months after the accident. He had an MRI about 9 months after the car accident.
The MRI revealed an herniated disc at L5-S1 in his lower back. We claimed that the car crash caused or aggravated his herniated disc.
He had lower back surgery. Specifically, he had a L5-S1 hemilaminotomy, facetectomy and microdiscectomy.
State Farm insured the careless driver. They paid $100K to settle my client's personal injury case. Most of the settlement was for his pain and suffering.

Shenandoah Circuit

Summit Point Circuit is a 10-turn, 2.0-mile (3.2 km) road course that features a 2,900-foot (880 m) main straight. This original circuit opened in 1969 and did not include the “Carousel”, presently denoted Turns 6 and 7. In the original layout, Turn 5 was a ~90 degree left-hander leading to a 90 degegree right-hander at the entry to what is now denoted Turn 8. Therefore, the original layout had 8 turns (or 9 depending on how you counted them). The “Carousel” was added in the early 1970’s.
Today, the Summit Point Circuit has events from March until November every year hosted by WKC, WKA, SCCA, Audi, Porsche Club of America, BMWCCA, and NASA club races, Track Daze, and schools. Motorcycle track days are hosted by: Evolve GT, Motorcycle Xcitement, MARRC, N2 Track Days. Motorcycle races are hosted by CCS/ASRA.
The Shenandoah Circuit is a 2.2-mile road course that first opened in 2005. It is a no holds barred technical challenge that will take years for drivers to master. The track contains a dimensional replica of the Nürburgring-Nordschleife’s famous banked Karussell turn complete with 20 degrees of banking.
The corners contain both positive and negative camber as well as increasing and decreasing radius turns with vertical drops. If you are truly up for a challenge to your car handling abilities, the Shenandoah Circuit is truly one of the most technical tracks in the country.
The Jefferson Circuit opened in 1996 as a 1.1 mile, 14-turn road course designed by Bill Scott for high performance, accident avoidance, and emergency driver training. The track expansion to 1.7 miles was completed in 2014 and now includes a skid pad. The track features challenging turns and elevation changes that reward smooth driver inputs and can be driven in either the original or expanded layout. This circuit hosts time trials, motorcycle events, and numerous performance driving events, as well as, driver training courses offered by our BSR Training Division.

Since I made this video, Lyft has made some big updates. Here are some important ones:
Update October 23, 2019:
Lyft now works with various partners, including Latitude, Travelers (Constitution State Services), Progressive (United Financial Casualty Company), State Farm (State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company), and Sedgwick.
Here are some states and the insurance company that insures Lyft:
– California (Indian Harbor Insurance Co.)
– Florida and New York (excluding NYC) – Greenwich Insurance Company
– Georgia and Texas (State Farm Fire and Casualty Company)
Update: May 1, 2019
For example, for car accidents occurring starting May 1, 2019, Lyft made a huge change on its Florida insurance policy.
Lyft has lowered its uninsured motorist (UM) insurance limit to just $20,000 per accident. That’s a huge drop in UM coverage. This is big news. And it’s bad for Lyft drivers and passengers. UM coverage only applies if someone other than the Lyft driver was at fault.
What stayed the same in Lyft’s new auto insurance policy?
Lyft kept the same insurance company: Greenwich Insurance Company.
Fortunately, Lyft still has a $1 million limit for liability coverage when the Lyft driver is en route to pickup passengers or during trips. Lyft’s liability coverage pays if the Lyft driver’s negligence caused injuries to someone else.
Update: Jan 3, 2019
The Travelers Companies, Inc. today announced that, effective Feb. 1, 2019, it will become the exclusive provider of U.S. auto insurance claim services for Lyft.
Update: December 16, 2018
In Florida, Lyft is still using York Risk Services Group to handle claims. Lyft's certificate of insurance (online) says that Greenwich Insurance Company is the insurer. Greenwich is part of AXA XL.
However, I've heard that an initial email from York to an injured car occupant said that Indian Harbor Insurance Company is Lyft's insurer. I'm talking about Florida car accident claims. However, this doesn't affect claims since Indian Harbor (like Greenwich) is also part of AXA XL.
Update September 21, 2018:
Lyft has changed insurance companies. For example, in Florida, Lyft now uses Greenwich Insurance Company. Greenwich is part of AXA XL. York Risk Services Group still appears to be handling Lyft claims for Greenwich Insurance Company.
Also, as of September 21, 2018, Lyft has lowered its uninsured motorist (UM) insurance limit when a driver is engaged in a ride. Lyft's new uninsured motorist insurance limit is $250,000 per accident. It used to be $1 million per accident.
