Driving from Minnesota to Port Aransas Texas consisted of the following: Driving 1,397 miles. Sitting in the car for about 21 hours and 51 minutes(give or take a few minutes/hours). 1 night at a hotel. 3-4 gas fill ups each way. Whoop whoop. Way to many bathroom breaks. And having a trip of a lifetime! Spent our time soaking up the sun and dealing with the unfortunate non stop wind (couldn't even fly my drone the whole trip). Got to ride around in golf carts and drive my car on the beach right up to the ocean! Very unforgettable trip, hope you enjoy and please Like & Subscribe!

1. Pull your fifth-wheel RV into Oleander Acres RV Resort and go for a golf cart ride with a friend.
2. Play guitar, dance and sing with others who enjoy that sort of thing.
3. Celebrate Holidays with pot-lucks and live Branson style entertainment and played lots of games with friends.
4. Attend the Texas Butterfly Festival at the National Butterfly Center and Oleander Acres and see all thelifer Butterflies (Red Border Pixie, Erato Heliconian, Gulf Fritillary, Monarchs and Queens) and got some great photographs of them.
5. Visit Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park (only 2.5 miles away) saw all kinds of tropical Birds like the Green Jays, Altamira Orioles, Clay-colored Robins, Kiskadees, Black-bellied whistling tree Ducks and Grey hawks. All of these birds can be seen at Oleander Acres too.
6.Spent the day at South Padre Island. Saw a pelican catch a fish and a lot of other seaside birds. Put my feet in the sand and ate a delicious seafood dinner while we watched the sunset.
7. They love winter-Texans done here. We went to the Mega-Winter-Texan Fiesta hosted by Mayor Beto Salinas of Mission Texas. Winter Texan Fiesta in Mexico.The King and Queen dinner and dance.

Watch Rattlesnake Slither Onto Boat Causing Quite the Scare
A group of friends met an unfriendly creature on the sea as a rattlesnake tried to jump into their boat. Anthony Baciocco, 19, was out on the water of Folsom Lake in California with some friends when they noticed a rattlesnake swimming in the water. In a horrifying turn of events, the serpent then came on board, causing the group to scream in horror. They pushed the throttle to make their getaway but the serpent would not be deterred.
