Texas State Aquarium & Corpus Christi Trip 11-23-18 to 11-25-18
My family and I took a small vacation to Corpus Christi on the days 11-23-18 to 11-25-18. As you see in the video we visited the Texas State Aquarium in Corpus Christi. We saw a dolphin show and other animals and fish. The other days were spent sight seeing and enjoying our time at the beach. Great views of the current coming in to shore and beautiful views of the USS Lexington.

SPENDING THE DAY AT TEXAS STATE AQUARIUM | Corpus Christi, TX | The Bartel Family
When visiting Corpus Christi there is nothing quite as awe inducing as a trip to the Texas State Aquarium. This was one of the first places we visited over 7 years ago before we decided to make Corpus Christi our forever home. It continues to be the number one place we take family and friends when they come to town to visit.
This aquarium is accredited with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Plus the exhibits are unreal. It's like stepping into Finding Nemo or The Little Mermaid. If you haven't ever been to the Texas State Aquarium or haven't been in a while, GO! You can thank us later :)

ABOUT:
Danielle Banda is an American Media Professional born in Laredo, Texas who has experience in Multimedia Journalism, Videographing, Photographing, Assistant Directing, Acting, Digital Editing, Casting, Producing, and Costuming. She is known for her work in Commercial and Non-Profit Television (2012), Print Media (2015), Radio Broadcasting (2012), Online Blogging (2015), Musical Performing Arts (2012) and Film (2012). Her literary background includes several published works (2005) and she is signed with L.A. Talent agency (2012), traveling between Texas and California for auditions and training.
Banda graduated with honors from University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism (2016) and is in the process of obtaining her Master of Arts Graduate Degree in Communication.
She worked as crew on feature films such as A Night in Old Mexico (2013) starring award-winning actors Robert Duvall and Jeremy Irvin, as well as Endgame (2015) starring award-winning actors Valente Rodriguez, Efren Ramirez and Rico Rodriguez. Banda served as TV Host (2017) and correspondent at KGBT-TV CBS Channel 4 for the lifestyle show, Daytime at Nine which aired weekdays from 9:00-10:00am in San Antonio (KABB-TV FOX 29), Corpus Christi (KQUI-TV FOX 38), the Rio Grande Valley (KGBT-TV CBS 4) and other areas of South Texas. Baby Sea Turtle Release, Padre Island Texas
If you haven't done this already, you need to go to a baby sea turtle release on North Padre Island, it needs to be on your bucket list!
Because Texas is home to one of the most endangered turtle species on earth, the National Park Service moves turtle eggs they collect on the beach to a special place where they care for them until they hatch. Then they host a special ceremony when they release them back into the water and you can cheer them on their journey. It's incredible!
