The Avenue Murfreesboro
Located in Murfreesboro in middle Tennessee and about 25-30 miles south of Nashville, The Avenue is an open-air shopping center which opened in 2007 by Cousens Properties and Faison Enterprises. They later sold it for a record price, for a business of its type in Tennessee, of $163 million to Houston-based Hines Global REIT. It has 110 stores available year round including GAP, Old Navy, Best Buy, Barns and Noble, Petco, and a Chili's restaurant, among others, for a total area of 811 thousand square feet. It is a nice modern shopping center with easy access.
